Jeff is a former Student-Athlete with an Education-Impacting Disability, he attended West Virginia University on a full athletic scholarship, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in December of 2003, and his Masters in Special Education in 2006. While attending West Virginia University, Jeff was a four year starter on the Mountaineer football team. In 2004, he received the Scholar-Athlete award from the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame. This award is only given to fifteen Student-Athletes in all divisions of college football, Jeff also received All-Conference honors , and was an Academic All-American.
Jeff is an advocate for people with disabilities and a Special Education Teacher and Varsity Offensive Line coach.
