And then Zoya heard it. It wasn’t music, but rhythmic thumps that merged into a pulsating and vibrating noise that made the ground shake.
All her feelings of unease dissipated, and Zoya immediately wanted to move to that sound, to dance, to jump, to follow the beat, to do anything but stand still.
Techno. Raves. Zoya instantly falls in love with the rave scene and makes new friends. So what if most of them are on drugs? It doesn’t affect her in any way.
Zoya’s life is perfect now, complete with the rave scene. Only her boyfriend is sure that she’d lost her mind. What’s more important, raves and dancing or her soul mate? Does she have to choose or can Zoya have it all?
Whew finally completed the last book of this series. As a scifi loving adult, I won't lie that I was disappointed by the plot of this book. Nothing mind bending happened ☹️. I kept waiting and waiting, but it was just pages after pages of teenage crushes and angst and raves and trips. Even with the de Vigny plot, I was disappointed. I thought in the last chapter at least Vlasov will appear, but he didn't. I missed him and Alexei badly. If you guys like reading teenage life, then you'll like it definitely. But I have outgrown that age sadly.
