Cool story! Wasn’t what I usually expect from a fantasy book, but in a good way.

IMO, This is one of the most underrated novels I have read in quite a while.
A few adjectives I'd use to describe this read are, Magical, thrilling, captivating, heartbreaking, adoring and powerful!
I chose to rate 4 stars only because I felt there could have been more depth in a couple parts, and there were a few typo's that made my eye twitch.

“The Orphaned King The Chronicles of Mythandria” by C.N. Noble read on Kindle pgs. may vary pgs. 345 (9.25mins) Fantasy/Paranormal/Contemporary Romance/Suspense (Spicey- Level 4+), (Violence – Level 4) Power, friendship, loyalty, family, commitment, control, betrayal, abandonment, depression, anxiety, kidnapping, stalking, weapons, enemies to lovers, and second chances, redemption Closed Door Young Adults Trigger Warnings: See Author’s page for these warnings Main characters is Conner Hamilton, son to Lord John Hamilton and the son of a powerful Nephilim father and elven mother. There are other minor characters as well not mentioned within this review which make this wonderful story possible. This story takes place across two worlds and helps the reader to cope with their own personal issues just by reading the story. By using this wonderful character, as well as referencing, the icons like Batman and Robin, as well as Robin Hood and his Merryman, which are dear friends, if you are a nerd like this reader, makes this story much more fun to read. Pssst, this reader hopes the future books continue in this vein as the readers get to learn more about the other characters who helped our main character through his adventures. Adventures which showed the reason for our characters’ experiences. As well as the other characters, to give them the strength, the community as well as a good support system, and knowledge, by putting one foot in front of each other things can be overcome. This fabulous story comes with twists and turns and merriment, as well as wonderful quotes from a brilliant author which this reader couldn’t wait to share! Here are some of this reader’s favorites: “If you find yourself in need, all you have to good or bad is remember.” .. doesn’t make you good or bad. Your actions do,” “Perhaps the next time you consider espionage, you’ll be reminded what a giant mistake it was the first time.” “Okay, but you should at least have brunch with the woman before you decide to put a ring on her finger.” “It’s annoying when you’re expecting Skywalker but instead you wind up with Bilbo Baggins, isn’t it?” “..learned today that I am not strong enough to let you place yourself in dangerous situation without being in a position to help.” “Everything is better when experienced with friends.” “You are the only one that can render me powerless with a single look. That too is frustrating.” “Feeling emotion isn’t weakness. It’s how we know we’re living.” “… you aren’t punishing yourself for feeling… you’re punishing yourself for being alive.” “Now let’s get to work and spread some chaos.” ”Only one of us is allowed to panic and since I did it first you have to be strong,…” Now, this is a story about family, love, learning about yourself, good and bad, excepting where you are, as well as excepting others. This is a fantastic story for all ages. Time to start walking! Though watch out for the Dark Wello Forest and those pesky Catohbleepaws may be closer than you think so make sure the books and/or ear pods are secure, or the story will be ruined!

Connor has been living on Earth for most of his life, only knowing his foster father John and his best friend and protecter Finn from his home world. One night, everything changes when the King's daughter comes to ask for help after having a vision that her father is in danger. Connor and Finn are sent back to their home world of Zeer. When tragedy befalls the king, Connor steps in to help protect the world from the evil of Prince Herbosh.
This is a faster paced book and has a lot packed into it! Despite not meaning to interfere, Connor begins a revolution against the dark forces of Zeer. There so many different types of supernaturals on both sides of the war! And there were several new ones that I had never heard of before! (I always love coming across new types of supernaturals!)
Connor has been raised by his foster father to fight injustice. Finn is his best friend, who even when he disagrees will still back his friend up. And not only do they protect the realm, they always make sure to keep everyone's spirits up. All the characters are so wonderful and become a family very quickly! Especially Connor and "Larry", who are a sort of fated mates. She is definitely the yin to his yang!
And there are plenty of surprises along the way as well! There was so many things I did not see coming from the evil side and surprises from our heroes as well! A fun fast paced adventure that will keep you reading to find out what will happen next!

It's obvious the author put time and love into this book. The story as a whole was enjoyable and fast-paced. I gave a lower rating because there was an incredible amount of errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and tenses. There were also areas that were confusing. All in all, the manuscipt could have used a thorough editing.

I wanted to like this book. I got to chapter 10 and I can honestly say I don’t know what’s going on. This book has a lot of potential I think and I loved that there were so many different creatures, but it moves soo fast that I don’t even know that the story is or how it got where it is. If there was just more detail and story in this book it’d be so good. Unfortunately I decided to DNF.
