Life on Mars

Rate this book
Things aren’t always what they seem.

Special agent, Max Prince, and his boyfriend, Dr. Leo Reeves, are back to work after their first case together. When a prominent Department of Defense scientist kills himself in a mysterious way, their entire FBI team is tasked to figure out if the weapon he was working on was somehow the cause of his death. Things get even more interesting when SAC Lincoln Snow calls in old friends to help. Damon Thorne, formerly of the CIA, and Jarrett and Thayne from the ATF step up to help on the premise that their case might have a link to biological terrorism.

But it's so much worse .

Seventy years ago, the CIA began an illegal human experimentation program, code named MK-ULTRA, and the more Leo and Max learn about what Dr. Cummings has been doing for the DOD, the closer they draw parallels to the defunct program. These experiments aren’t the only things the government scientist has been working on. When Jarrett and Thayne go exploring at his house, they discover a secret room which promises to reveal the true nature of what’s happening…and it’s worse than they could’ve imagined.

Evil always targets the most vulnerable .

Just when they think they’ve figured out what’s going on, an old nemesis from the FBI steps in with instructions to shut it all down and take over. All Max knows is, the sudden appearance of a guy their whole team hates, can’t be good, especially when he starts throwing his weight around. Something else is going on here and a cover up is on the tip of everyone’s tongue. To top it all off, an embarrassing ex, an accidental poisoning, multiple break-ins, and a couple of bad guys acting like ninjas, add to the utter chaos of this case which promises to be stranger than life on Mars. After all—

Truth is stranger than fiction.

Wow. For all of the high stakes stuff like mind control & bio-weapons & drug cartels mentioned in this book, how is it that the whole plot seemed low stakes? I mean there were parts of the book where the characters got into scuffles or got hurt but the plot/mystery just did not hold my interest. It seemed, not far fetched as I can believe us humans can and do do a lot of evil/bad/stupid things, but it did seem a bit like a OTT story with very anti climactic ending. With 4 alphabet agencies involved and a few high placed government officials the people were caught a bit too easily at the end. It was like there were too stupid, which I have to admit was probably a part of their character, but after the high stakes hunt over the last couple of books this seemed tame. The plus in this book was the team up between the ATF and the FBI. While I liked Thayne's and Jarrett's relationship build up in the Death and Destruction series I am not as attached to Leo and Prince. It could be because I read their story first.

Another Good Case

I have been enjoying this series since the beginning and this is another good case for Max, Leo and the rest of the crew. I was hooked from the start and I can't wait to get to book five.

I received an ARC and this is my unbiased opinion

Leo and Max are back in action, and this time their FBI team is working hand in hand with our favourite ATF duo! They get called into a wild and confusing case that had so many weird goings on that the solving of it still left me with questions. It’s great seeing how Leo and Max’s relationship gets deeper and more serious with each book. At the start of ‘Life on Mars’ Leo and Max are doing well after the end of their last case dealing with the copycat murders. There are still understandably some lingering mental health issues after everything they went though but they are healthily and actively trying to work through them as they know it could become a real issue if they let it.

There are some great comedic moments with our fave aging drag queen, and Jarrett and his beloved hearse.

The set up for book five was intriguing too. This series just gets better and the cases more interesting. I am never bored when reading a Patricia Logan book.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Good Crime Story

The crime story was good. 4 stars
Leo and Max really didn’t have much of a connection in this one though.
Loved all the others from other books was in this one, would of liked to of seen Mac Mac Mac’s husband in it, he is brilliant.
My biggest peeve was why is everyone has to be so gorgeous, and they are always checking out others why cant they just be a great team that get along and have fun along the way.
And all the extra fill ins wow.
But minus all the gorgeous people 🥱🙄🤢 was a good read.

Patricia Logan

"Evil always targets the most vulnerable."

Back to work after their first case together since events in the previous books, Special Agent Max Prince, and his boyfriend, Dr. Leo Reeves, face even more challenges and dangers than before as they team up with other agencies in a big operation.
From human experimentation programmes - code named MK-ULTRA - started seventy years ago, dead scientists with burning secrets and hidden rooms plus mind control, there's a whole shed load of secrets.
Doctor Preston Cummings - with top secret clearance working for DOD, has taken a swan dive off a thousand feet skyscraper. It looks like suicide but given his work, and the fact a bio weapon or substance may have made it out of the lab, it's not looking good.
As well as his 'legal' work, Cummings may have been experimenting on itinerant/homeless population using cellular manipulation with animal DNA.
Though this is the fourth FBI Files book, it wasn't difficult diving right in and getting a feel for the main couple and other regular characters.
I assume some of these like Lincoln Snow are from Logan's other works. They are realistic and fully formed straight away, with distinct personalities and quirks; like Jarrett's choice of car.
People like Noah, Thayne and the aforementioned Jarrett help build an insight into previous novels. As for Noah, it great to see a main character in a wheelchair who is a real asset to a team and not a dependent character.
I now want to read the book with Orville and Wilbur the ferretts, too.
Bruce the doggo is wonderful and I liked the positivity towards drag queen story hour and the character Flay, the LGBTQIA community in general and the empathy shown towards the homeless by the main characters, tinged with realism.
Though there are quite a few dialogue scenes with the team that I would've preferred to "see" in action, it's otherwise a really enjoyable and funny book.
There's also a lot about mental health issues and PTSD in this, between Max's own issues, that of his ex wife and the apparent illness of Dr Cummings, it's a thread that runs through the whole novel. There's also the fact that Max is bisexual, something often ignored in fiction.
Thankfully, there's enough romance, heat and laughter to offset the darker aspects of the plot including the violence and homophobia.
I really liked the domestic scenes with Max and Leo, which added a heartwarming sweetness.

The FBI team are back and this time they are joined by their friends from the ATF. Jarrett and Thayne, who fans of the author will know from the Death and Destruction series. It's so much fun to read those guys again and see them interact with the new guys that we have gotten to know over the past three books.
Leo and Max are mostly recovered from their last case, though both are still dealing with the mental side effects of all that happened. Now they are on a new case that, to me, has a little bit of a sci-fi feel as they follow up on the suicide of a scientist who has been working for the Department of Defence on top secret stuff. Only, that's not the only thing he had going on and it all get so much more darker and twisted as they work towards finding out the truth. Both teams work hard, going through so much paperwork and visiting sites that break your heart. I love how Patricia Logan keeps the characters and readers thinking throughout the story as clues are given and everything unfolds with some pretty weird and occasionally terrifying revelations about the deceased and those he was working with/for.
Leo and Max's relationship is moving from strength to strength. After getting themselves established as a couple in the first few books of the series, they now wallow in their happiness and love together but also support and care when the going gets tough with several events in this book bringing challenging moments. In all of their quiet moments together, it really shines through just how much they have come to mean to each other in such a short space of time.
Though not as intense as the last book, I was really interested by the plot line and how all of the characters become involved in it. Adding the ATF team to the group brings more fun and lightness during the down times but also more experience, expertise and support. I can't wait to see what comes for the team next and how Leo and Max move forward in their relationship.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Max and Leo are back...along with some familiar faces

Life On Mars is the fourth in the FBI Files series. It can work as a standalone, but you definitely get the best reader experience if it's read in order.

When Dr Preston Cummings takes a flying leap off a very tall building without a parachute and details of his decidedly shady work are uncovered, a multi-agency taskforce comes together to investigate. That means Leo and Max's team, led by Lincoln Snow, are teaming up with ATF counterparts Jarrett and Thayne and their boss (and Lincoln's wife) Sarah. Add to the mix former CIA contacts in the shape of Damon Thorne and Mark Evans, and even a coup!e of suits from the DoD, and it's a real party. I'm not going to give away any plot spoilers, but I do want to acknowledge the amazing amount of research that was clearly done before this book was written - there are some truly gritty real-life elements interwoven with aspects of the case which fit seamlessly. It's a storyline with layers that just works for me - plenty of intrigue, action and jeopardy, as well as opportunities for this growing band of brothers and sisters to get even closer. There's also all the trademark humour you expect from this author, I mean who else's characters would ask if you've ever tried to catch a lube-covered ferret? Lol.

As for Max and Leo...gah! I just adore these guys. We've seen their love develop in previous instalments, but here we see their relationship cemented as both men reflect on the nature of their job and associated risks they regularly face and the potential loss. There's sweetness and steam and just a glorious partnership in every sense of the word. Brilliant!

I can't wait for book five, but at least I have the time for re-reads of Jarrett and Thayne's / Damon's books. It's an easy 5* from me.

🎧 Audiobook Review 🎧
Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Performance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have I already said that I love this series? That's why I was very happy about another book with Special Agent Max Prince and Dr. Leo Reeves. I recommend to read the books in order, because then you understand the relationship between the two of them and also the team and its dynamics better.
The story is entertaining, I love the mix between suspense and romance There is a mysterious case to solve. A suicide that is questionable. The developments that follow are extremely interesting.
Who has his fingers in the pie? The team has no idea how close the danger really is. And who is friend, who is enemy?
The story scores with some surprising twists that I didn't expect as well as believable protagonists and an entertaining storyline.
And in general, you have to pay close attention, because there's a lot going on, but that's what I think is really cool. This is not an easy case for the team to solve and I love it when it gets more complicated.
The team includes Leo and Max as well as members of the ATF which is great because I love meeting characters from other series.
The writing is wonderful as always and as soon as I listened to a few minutes I was right in the middle of Max and Leo. They are hot together and you can feel their deep connection to each other.

I was captivated by the story from beginning to end. I listened to the audiobook and once started, it was really hard to pause the audiobook once in between. Michael Dean did a phenomenal job bringing the story to life with his pleasant voice.
I absolutely recommend this audiobook and hope to see Leo and Max again soon!

Leo, Max and the rest of the FBI gang along with their ATF friends Thayne and Jarrett are on another case. This one starts with a bang, or more exactly a splat. I was hooked from page one just from this opening prologue. Everyone is tasked to figure out why a scientist unalived himself and when you find out why, you'll lose any care for his unaliving himself. There's evil in this world and it isn't just the scientist. The gang finds out that some of their old nemeses are back and need to be taken down for good. Leo and Max are deeply in love and getting to a point where they're ready to talk about the next step. Thayne and Jarrett are still themselves and I'm loving Jarrett's crazy self even more. The rest of the gang is either happily mated or looking to be. Damon Thorne comes out of retirement to help the gang with this case as well as Mark, Jarrett's dad. They find themselves blocked from someone up high in the agency. Perseverance, good detective work and working as a unit is what allows the group to solve the case. The anxiety is high for everyone because someone is coming after them but they don't know who or what to look out for. A couple of the members end up poisoned and it's a surprise how it happens. Lots of action with a really good story line kept my attention from page one. I literally read this front to back in one setting. The fact that the author puts some real history facts into this book to weave a new story around is intriguing to me. I highly recommend this book, this series and this author period.

Max and Leo are back and LA is heating up.

I love to see these guys again. Compared to the first three books who had an overall story arch, this one is a single story with a interesting twist and turn.

While the story is self-contained, you only will understand their relationship and the team if you have read the first three books before.

Max and Leo are really a full-blown, established couple. Their relationship is written lovely, warm, hot, both know how much they are in love.

When a DoD scientist jumps from a sky scraper, the team is pulled in, bringing in an old friend of Lincoln and his AFT wife drops two of her best guys in as well. These two bring some comic relief. They have their own series but for this book, it's not necessary to have read them.

There are lots of interesting developments, more "normal" investigation than where is Leo's profiling mind required. You have a twist in the story when suddenly an old FBI enemy is appearing. I must admit, it got slightly difficult to follow at that moment, the writing is really fast and you have to keep focused. I would have preferred a bit less as it felt slightly chaotic at one point.

The team is a great mix of characters, well written and likeable.

I hope we see them again very soon.

Audiobook Review:
Overall – 5
Performance – 5
Story – 5

Another thrilling story in this series!

I don’t know how Patricia Logan comes up with all of the stories she writes but I hope she never stops. Life on Mars was another rollercoaster thrill ride that started off with a very attention getting scene. From there the action never stopped.

I really can’t describe the story any better than the blurb does so take a look if you want the details about the story. I’ll just say that this time it’s not only Max and Leo who are in peril. I can’t even imagine the amount of research that was done for this story. Not that I know anything about all of the scientific stuff contained in the book, but it all seemed very plausible to me.

Once I started listening to this story I couldn’t stop. Michael Dean’s audio performance was right on target with voices for each character that were easy to distinguish.

I loved the teaser for the next book in this series. A Clown Car Full Of Sovereigns, and can’t wait to read and/or listen to it!

A copy of this book was provided to me at my request and my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.

I’m enjoying this series with its believable characters, interesting storylines, and mix of romance and suspense. I loved all the twists in this story, how far the rot sets in, and the deepening of Max and Leo’s relationship. They’re up against a formidable foe in this one, and have their work cut out for them not only proving it, but finding someone to make it stick who isn’t involved.

I love how comfortable Max and Leo are with each other, and how supportive they are. They’re in love and it shows. I loved how they had no clue anyone else had worked it out. I liked the consequences of what happened in the previous book and how they’re both still working through it.

The team and their found family found are a highlight. They work together well, and have each other’s backs. I like the friendships and how capable they all are. I’m always happy to see more of Flay, Leo and Max’s neighbour, and I enjoyed the inclusion of the ATF team. I love Jarrett and Thayne.

The story is a page turner, with lots of work to connect all the clues to figure out what’s going on. I liked how no one is safe, even at home. These are bad guys who will stop at nothing. The scene in the hangar is great on so many levels.

Nail-biting experience!
This is an absolute winner, it grabbed me by the throat from page one and I couldn't put it down. It is a law enforcement romance packed with action and suspense. When a prominent scientist commits suicide, the cross Agency Task force investigating stumbles upon a re-enactment of a 70-year-old illegal human experiment of such enormity that the world may never be the same again unless it is stopped...again.... But chaos controls the investigation, old enemies emerge and their own organizations sabotage their investigation at every turn. Reading this story is a nail-bitingly exciting experience that kept me on the edge of my seat, with some sweet romance and fun in between. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story and loved that all my favorite characters from this and previous series reappeared in it: Max, Leo, Snow, Thorne, Jarret, Thane, Mac, Sarah, Noah, Cassidy and Mike. The story can be read on its own, is not a continuation of the previous one, but you do miss a lot of background of characters. I voluntarily decided to write this review based on an ARC of this story. This review reflects my honest opinion.

Leo Reeves and his partner Max Prince are back at work and the new case digs deep into the past and the present. It turns out that some seventy years ago, the CIA began an illegal program using humans for their experiments on mind control called MK-ULTRA. Now a prominent DOD scientist, Dr. Cummings, has committed suicide and his work seems to parallel MK-ULTRA. Calling in ATF as well as friends who have some contacts that may help, the quickly get to work. They more they investigate the more they find and what they find leads to an accidental poisoning, break-ins, attempted murder and a trail that leads higher in the government than they thought possible.

Patricia Logan writes the most incredible, realistic stories. What happens in Life on Mars leads our heroes and heroines to believe that is where they are. As the coverup goes higher, Max, Leo and their colleagues are faced with an unbelievable plot, but none of them give up. It is intriguing how justice comes in a variety of ways. You will want to pick this one up. It will capture your imagination all while leaving you with the thought that this is not your imagination.

Fourth in series (FBI Files), best of read in order. Action/suspense. Established couple/FBI agents. FBI agents Leo and Max are assigned a new case involving possible secret mind control research, experimental drug injections, and bioweapons. Getting to work with the ATF (crossover with some favorites from the author’s Death & Destruction series of course), Leo and Max are part of the investigation and getting in trouble with some past bad guys popping up. Leo and Max are fully leaning into being in love, committed to being together long-term, and having plenty of steamy times in their off work hours. This series continues to feature the teamwork/found family of the group of FBI agents (and extends to the ATF agents), as well as friends and family outside of work creating a cozy mix for Leo and Max to inhabit at work and outside in their downtime. Enough action and intrigue to keep the story moving, but it’s the interpersonal relationships that really shine as usual. Still super invested in this entertaining series and Leo and Max as a couple.

Max and Leo’s latest case starts with a man leaving the 69th floor of a building. Without taking the elevator. Turns out he was a monster. Let the sleuthing ensue.

I like when this author brings in players from their other series’. In this case, the gangs all here. I’ve read a lot of their work and this one seems very convoluted. So much going on I kept getting confused. That’s not to say I wasn’t entertained though.

Max and Leo have long been favorite characters. Their silliness pulls some of the drama out of the story, making them seem more human. I’ve liked their growth together. While they are most definitely a couple I would like to see them apart, outside of their togetherness bubble once in a while.

I realize I’ve not said much about the plot and that’s on purpose. Even if I was inclined to give spoilers I’m not sure I could do them justice. I’ll just say this is another interesting entry into the Max and Leo universe.

As usual for this author, "Life on Mars" was packed with mystery, intrigue, action, spice and love. The 4th book in the FBI Files series does not dissapoint. Leo and Max are moving forward in their relationship, with their feelings growing and developing alongside all the exciting things their jobs throw at them. This time it is a case of Secret government experiments and brings a few more people to play with our favorite FBI agents. Thayne and Jarret are back, along with other members of their ATF team, plus former CIA operative Damon and We see Cassidy and Mike, Just to name a few returning characters.

I can't wait for more books in this series and I cant wait for this book to be available on audio.

I have enjoyed all of the books I have read by this author and I love how so many of her series are interconnected by characters appearing in more than one book or series. Cassidy is prolific in how frequently he shows up. I hope that there might eventually be a list or chart stating where the defferent characters make appearances.

2 stars

this was just…..
i can’t…

honestly i should just give it 1 bloody star

it sucked so much

i do not believe this many people have given this book, this series, 5 stars..

okay maybe this is starting to sound a little rude, i’m sORRYY BUT JUST… hUH???

normally when you’re in third person, you have Either the outsiders perspective, so you just include everyone, OR you do the main character(s) perspectives.
Either Or

yOU DONT KEEP CHANGING THE PERSPECTIVES FROM ONE CHARACTER TO THE OTHER NOT WVEN HALF WAY THROUGH? ITS CONFUSING??????

also i’m not even kidding, the amount of times that the word “anyway” was said in this book, let alone this series… you’re gonna make me kermit.

i am so sorry
im generally not this picky with reviews but just.. jesus

i was skipping through so much of this too 🗿 i just did not care for the plot at all

the characters’ interactions… their vocabulary…

the writing itself???? i’m so sorry i just couldn’t deal with this

i honestly don’t know why i put myself through 4 books of this 😕

Book 4 of the FBI Files series. Per the Author:
It's recommended but not essential to have read what's come before. I would HIGHLY recommend it. In fact, if your TBR is a little bare, I would recommend starting with Death and Destruction because you get introduced and hear the story of some of the other agents.
Max and Leo and the team are at it again. Fresh off the last case (the first 3 books), they have another and this one seems to involve some other government agencies. What I really like about these books so far, while there is sex…and hot sex…there is a story that keeps you interested. If you like mystery, true crime, and adventure, then these books are for you. Even if you aren’t into MM books, you could read and enjoy even if you skipped the sexy times. (But…come on…why would you?)
I haven’t seen a hint of more books in their series – but we can always hope.
I received this ARC from GRR and this is my honest opinion.

Once again Patricia Logan knocks it out of the park! Leo and Max are swept up in a high intrigue case. Things are complicated when their investigation leads them to the CIA and FBI. Leo, Max and their team are joined by Jarrett, Thayne, Mark (Jarrett’s Dad), and Damon. It was so good seeing them again and I hope they will be called in to collaborate in future books. I love how Leo and Max’s relationship deepens in each book. They really are perfect for each other. The only character I wish would go away is Maxs ex. She only has one little scene and this probably sounds heartless, but I wish he would cut her off. I’m sure he won’t because he is such a good guy. This is another amazing book, and as always, I can’t wait for the next one! I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest opinion.

Max and Leo are back along with my favorite couple, Jarrett and Thayne. I love how Ms. Logan brings in characters from her other series. It's seamlessly done.
The story starts out with a man running off the top of a skyscraper. The man's occupation and history of what he was worrking on, bring in the FBI and ATF along with the other alphabet agencies. This case has history that goes back to the 1940's. The story had a lot of moving parts to it but Ms. Logan brings it all together. I can tell she did a lot of research for this book which gives the story authenticity.
As serious as this story is, I love how Max and Leo and Jarrett and Thayne provide comic relief. I enjoyed this story immensely and this book is better if read in order. I look forward to the next book!

Another exciting story with Max and Leo and their friends and colleagues. Who would believe that a suicide at an office building would lead to such a messy and dangerous case for them. I have respect for these people but not surprised when the villains were former FBI and current FBI and CIA agents and so glad that they were caught and loved how the "esteemed" senator from Nebraska ended up in a country no wants to visit and can't leave. When Jarrett was dosed with LSD was frightening and when Kindness and Max were attacked at the doctor's house was terrifying and later attacks against other team members(so glad the ferrets were okay!)were maddening and so glad the smug bastards who were part of it were imprisoned or got shot. Can't wait for the next story.

This was a great introduction to a new chapter in Leo and Max's lives. I really liked seeing the two of them support each other through their PTSS and the new horrors they meet with this new case. One thing I really like about Patricia Logan's writing - other than the great plot and style - is how much she tells us about the characters through one character observing another and reflecting on them, and through conversations between characters. I also enjoyed the more integrated addition of the ATF team into the mix. I think being able to see another couple in a team whose relationship works really well was useful, to Max especially. Plus, they're funny and work well with the team. There's a lot of layers in this book's plot, lots of clues to follow along with, lots of intrigue and political stuff alongside the heartbreaking conditions of the homeless.

Patricia has added another jewel to her crown! I love this series and 'Life on Mars' is her latest contribution to make my heart race.

Once again the FBI, ATF, police departments, CIA and Homeland Security find themselves working together to keep our country safe... All while building strong personal and professional relationships!

I'm sure they all have to work these kinds of cases on a regular basis, but I just want to commend Patricia for portraying them in such a positive light.

The camaraderie they experience helps them manage stress while providing some light hearted moments. Plus it adds to the 'human' reminder we all need.

The fourth addition to the FBI Files series is as exciting and twisted as the first book. Leo and Max are investigating the death of Dr. Preston Cumming and making the horrific discovery that he was experimenting on humans and animals. They are assigned along with other agencies to help solve this case as quickly as possible. We get to see Jarrett, Thayne, Mac, and other previous characters. The book is romantic, and sweet, with some intense moments, action-packed, funny, and their sexy times are hot. We also get to see more intimate and personal moments between these two. I always look forward to any books by Patricia Logan.

I loved seeing the entire group come together to investigate the death of a DOD scientist who committed suicide. What all he was involved in was pretty intense as well as unbelievable, and pretty scary thinking that those types of things may be going on in real life. The locations they visit is just heartbreaking. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but you really need to read this. I love seeing Jarrett & Thayne joining the investigation. Max & Leo's relationship is stronger than ever and really see how much they love each other. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I've loved this series from the get go. Which means, my friends, you need to read the previous books in this series. I loved that some of the previous series, main characters were in this book. So much fun to revisit with old friends. Patricia has spun another fantastic yarn with this one. Plot twists galore and the deepening of Max and Leo's relationship. All highlights that add to her world building and character development. I highly recommend this series and you need to click on the to buy button for not only this book but the series also. Can't wait for the next book in the series... Keep em coming Patricia.

This is another page turner from one of my favorite authors. I loved just about everything about this book and series. Max and Leo are perfect together whether they are solving complicated crimes or in private life. As a big bonus we get to reconnect with one of my favorite couples from her Death and destruction series - Jarrett and Thayne.
If you are a fan of a plot driven MM action/ mystery suspense/thrillers spiced with just right amount of heat and humor, this and above mentioned series are a must read.

This episode in the series is a fast action suspense thriller, I loved all the guys from previous books getting to work together, Jarrett, as usual, is hilarious. The blossoming love between Leo and Max was sweet and emotional in parts, Leo's insecurity still rife, and his worries regarding his past still present. Still, their relationship develops nicely, and the growing love between them is obvious and sweet. The mystery/thriller was interesting, and made for a rollicking read.

Thank you GRR for this thoroughly enjoyable ARC.

Max, Leo and their friends are back at it again, solving yet another mystery. In this book we get more of Thayne, Jarrett, and Sarah as well. The whole gang is together for this one. Even though it’s an FBI series about solving some horrific crimes, I love the fact that these guys can still be themselves and joke around with each other. They are really close and are like family to each other. Together they were able to solve the crime and save hundreds of people. I absolutely love this series and this author, I have a lot of reading to do. 😀❤️
