About the author

Mark A. Daniel is a writer of the supernatural thriller genre including the recent release "Crossroads".

Taking the advice of his third-grade teacher to “pursue writing of some kind as a career,” he promptly wrote his first book From Six Feet to Two Inches. It was about 10 pages long. He never looked back.

He has since completed eight novels and two short story collections. Black Mass, Resurrection, The Gifted, Burial Grounds and The Threshold are available today, as are the short stories in Razor’s Edge 1 and Razor’s Edge 2.

Mark lives and writes on a small ranch in rural West Texas, accompanied by his wife of 30 years, a few dogs, several cats, and a varying number of chickens.

Book one of Razor's Edge was a five star bone chilling collection of short stories. I didn't think it could get any better than that, but it did. Ordinary people find themselves in precarious situations that are intense and out of their control. Each story is well written, the characters are relatable and the storylines are hold your breath exciting. The first story will draw you in and each story continues to build the suspense until the jaw dropping conclusion. If you are a lover of horror, suspense and the supernatural, this book is definitely for you.

I love horror stories and Mark A. Daniel has written 8 more stories that will scare the crap out of you. They were creepy, thrilling and shocking. You will definitely get the willies if you turn out the lights. Don't go outside at night alone either after reading this book, unless you want the big-time jitters. I think this book is better than the first one and you must read Book 1. You will get a double dose of scary. Highly recommend.

I can not get enough of Mark A Daniel's suspenseful, chilling horrifying stories. He created such heart-pounding moments that I was scared to go to sleep in the dark. It will make you scream and shiver, a book that will keep you up all night. I marvel at the authors imagination how he takes ordinary things and transform them into a macabre, eerie horrors.

I don't know if you've read the first installment of Razor's Edge, but these are a collection of short horror stories. Mark has outdone himself this time. Razor's Edge 2 is even better than the first installment!

Each tale within this compilation is expertly crafted to send shivers down your spine and leave you sleeping with one eye open. My personal favourite is “The Hangin’ Tree”. Brilliant!
