Fermenting for Dummies:

There's some choppiness and inconsistencies, I think from having two different authors. Also, not all their recipes involved fermenting, which I thought was weird. Some of their explanations are weak. Some of what they talk about doesn't seem relevant.

Anyway, I think this book was a good place for me to start my fermenting research. I'll be happy to see how other books differ.
