Hisaya Nakajo (中条比紗也) was a Japanese shōjo manga artist. She also used the names Peco Fujiya and Ryou Fumizuki for doujinshi with her circle, Daisanteikoku.
This cover is kinda creepy up close. Things are gonna get messy from here on out!! If she wants to spend her school year with him she should keep quiet!
This volume's romance manga trope is "wall press" (there's a Japanese word for it that I can't recall).
Sano knows, and Mizuki doesn't know that he knows. That's been the major point of tension for this whole series. Mizuki's agonizing about things now that their relationship has moved forward, but our romance plot is on autopilot at this point, the conclusion foreordained. It's cool that we still have plenty of cafeteria banter to break the more predictable elements up.
Volume 21 is peak “emotions running wild but still somehow hilarious.” Serious moments keep getting derailed by slapstick timing, and Nakatsu is basically living in a permanent state of confusion mixed with romantic panic. Four stars for balancing heartfelt beats with laugh-out-loud absurdity.
Akhirnya Sano dan Mizuki saling menyatakan cinta! Tapi kini giliran Mizuki yang bingung bagaimana cara dia ngomong sama Sano kalau dia cewek (dia udah tahu! XD).
This most progress we have gotten in regards to their finally developing relationship! Yay!! I didn’t like the karate ending because I know it’s another stretched out plot line, but I’m happy that Mizuki is slowly maturing. 4.5/5
I binge read all of Hana Kimi. It's easy to see why that is so easy once you get into the second chapter of the series. Hana Kimi is filled with complex character moments, tension, and fun. All the characters come to life and its hard to put the story down. I've read my fair share of manga over the years and will continue to. I have the feeling that Hana Kimi will remain one of my favorites. I can't wait to get in a reread.
Cute and sweet, and finally - kissing! The series is clearly winding down, as plots are beginning to wrap up. I can't wait for the next one, and the big discovery.

I love this series - and finally, finally, our main characters are getting together. Only two to go! Excellent art work. This volume is the most romantic!
