Shunned by her coven and her ex-boyfriend because of her unruly magic, Bryanna sets out to reclaim her life. Her adventure leads her to a place where uniqueness is not only accepted and encouraged but also celebrated. Unfortunately, old habits die hard, and despite finding a place where she fits in, she struggles to release the self-doubt she wears like a shroud.
From the moment he sees her, Zeke is enchanted by the Earth Witch. She speaks to something deep within, the reformed demon part of him that secretly wants to nurture and save. Not only does she set him aflame, he believes he may be able to free her from the insecurities that have damaged her. And maybe win her heart in the process.
Their attraction is undeniable, and their passion unlike any other, but when Brynna’s ex comes for her, swaying her resolve, even Zeke may not be enough to break the cage she’s woven around herself to keep her in Charmstone.

Some Like it Wicked was wicked hot notch on Stacey Kennedy's belt! How she manages to create flirty, passionate characters with fun side as well as the steamy and dark, I don't know, but I keep reading them! Bryanna and Zeke are steaming it up from the beginning and it only gets better and better ( I mean who doesn't love the ex comes knocking jealousy twister ;) )!
I loved how instantly attracted Zeke was to Bryanna and how being as hot and hunky as he was he still wanted to help her discover the full extent of her earth witch powers, a good guy in wickedly hot demon's body. ;) Bryanna's ex's return though has our devilishly handsome demon fearing the worst, but secretly hoping she'll see what they can be together. Bryanna was cute, her lack of trust in her abilities made her endearing, she was funny doing her magic which results varied to put it mildly. Loved her.
Of course the romance is scorching hot! All the desire, lust and passion are sure sizzle your e-reader, for that alone give this a shot. Ms. Kennedy never disappoints, I've come to realize this and am advocating her swift rise to the upper-crust of erotic paranormal romance authors! Like right now.
I read this story originally when it was Whatnots and Dodads and I loved it. But reading Some Like it Wicked I could see some of the changes that where made and I loved it!! I love when Stacey Kennedy mixes paranormal with some steamy sexin'!
Bryanna is a witch who has been an outcast all her life. Her magic is not what it should be. Her parents sent her on her way and her coven wants to keep her out of the way. Even her then boyfriend is trying to keep her out of the public eye. That isn't the only thing that makes him a douche but I won't tell you everything.
When Bryanna finally flees that life she literally stumbles into a path a sexy demon. He takes her to this town where all sorts of paranormals live and no one cares what or who you are. Zeke in less then a day gives Bryanna more courage about herself then anybody has. He shows her that her magic isn't as horrible as she thought and gets her to embrace it.
Its a fun story with crazy unpredictable magic, but I haven't told you my favorite part yet its sexy as hell! Zeke and Bryanna have instant chemistry and when they finally do get together it is hot hot hot!!
Some Like it Wicked has everything I love about Stacey's stories. Its not one to be missed!!
Some Like it Wicked was an interesting and enjoyable read with likable main characters. If I'm being completely honest I think this is one of those novellas that could've benefited from being a full length story. I'm not saying it wasn't good, because it was - it really was. I'm saying It had the potential to be really great if it had been longer. I really liked both Zeke and Bryanna and would've loved getting to know them more, for such a short story I got a good glimpse into their characters but with so many short stories I wanted more. I would've also liked to see the two of them interact more and really develop their feelings. But when these two interacted, well, you could feel the heat and chemistry between them.
I will admit when Layton came to town, I was a bit unsure with what Bryanna did. But in a way I could understand, I mean, when it comes down to it she made some pretty life altering decisions with little time to really come to grips with her emotions. I'm just glad she managed to untangle herself to make the right choice and that Zeke let her make that choice. Overall it was a fun and diverting read, I wouldn't mind if Ms. Kennedy came back to this world and these characters one day, but I'm happy with the ending we're left with. 4 Stars.

This novella is quite the scorcher! Stacey Kennedy knows how to keep you feeling hot, even when it’s 26 degrees outside!
Bryanna is probably one of the best female characters I’ve read about in awhile. She’s smart, charming, intelligent, and doesn’t give herself enough credit. It was hard not to laugh when her magic messed up, but at the same time I really felt for her.
Zeke was just hot. He was fiercely passionate about Bryanna from the beginning and would do anything to make her happy.
Layton was just a putz and I was glad we didn’t really have to deal with him for more than maybe five or ten pages.
The writing is spot on and the characters are well developed. If I was to find a “negative”, it’d be that I wanted to know more about Charmwood and it’s occupants.
It was as it says, sizzling hot! The storyline is good, and everything was easily indulged. I was totally drawn by it. Maybe I was so into the romance and I could feel the heat, it was intense! I cant imagine the attraction between Zeke and Bryanna. They are so sweet and they are seems like meant to each other. The connection also look real and the chemistry was there.
My review was quite amatur. This is my first time reviewing an erotic. But anyone who loves romance, hot-blazing coupling, this is one of the story you would like to read. Since it's a novella, you could finish it in one sitting.
I loved this story! Zeke was a very sexy demon and I loved how he changed Bryanna's perception of herself and her magic. He was so amazing, loved his character and Bryanna's. I loved the idea of Charmstone as well, I wanted to move there! It is such a cool place though we only paid a very brief visit there.
