Book Review By Christine Pohl-Peters 54 Simple Truths : How to Face the Challenges of Life By Michael Wash 54 Simple Truths gives us insights to deepen our understanding about life’s challenges and how we can face them better. It is a self-help book for reflecting on our inner selves and the decisions we make in our lives. It is a guide to get you on the path and back to the reality of getting your life transformed for the better. I found a lot of stories in there that I could relate to. One story that stood out to me was about a boy who was very troubled and was being fostered. He thought that no one loved him and he decided to end his life. Thank Goodness for the loving foster parents who decided to check on him and saved his life. He realized that someone does love him and care for him despite his faults. I also learned in another story about blame. We have to try to start not blaming anyone even our self. It is just when something happens move on from it and transform the situation. No blame is really needed. It is just another challenge we need to deal with in life. 54 Simple Truths is a book that can be used by anyone. It is about love, life, death, depression, hope and much more. It also includes a practical help and the author offers real professional support through his web site at www.54-self-help-books.com It can help us on all of our journeys to learn to face the challenges we are dealt and move forward to happiness in our life.
