Meet Atsushi, an easily influenced, struggling musician. One day his hairdresser, Shiki, asked him, “Why don’t you come to live with me and my friend?”
It seemed like a good idea... at least, until the friend turned out to be Atsushi's ex, Enraku. They were madly in love, but ended on bad terms. Can the three of them together mend the broken pieces of a past relationship?
out of the like hundreds of bl I've read I think this is the first one I've read about a cuck LOL.
Atsushi is a nice guy, but extremely indecisive so his roommates/bandmates ditch him and go off to live their own lives. To prove he can be decisive he immediately goes out to get a haircut. He vents to his stylist, Shiki, about his situation and the stylist ends up inviting him to live with him and his bestie. But turns out that bestie is Atsushi's ex, Enraku, so things get a little complicated.
Omg this was so ridiculous. It's a threesome, polyamorous romance, and one of the guys wants to be cucked because of some childhood trauma and the besties have a little bit of jealous rivalry going on. This story was an absolute mess, but there was something about this that felt like a good story? I'm not sure if it's the translation or the writing in general or maybe both, but it just wasn't executed well at all, but there's so many things that could've been good if they were just done better. Like I feel like the intention was there. The way the character development was going with their backstories and their relationships. The stuff was all there for a good story, but maybe this author just doesn't have the skill to write it? IDK! I've read a few things by this author now and I'm pretty sure I've felt similarly about all their works. It's almost there, but not quite.
Anyway this was still a fun read and y'know I'm happy for them lol.
Okay, this was absolutely HILARIOUS, ADORABLE and SO. DAMN. HOT.😭🔥
Okay, full disclosure: As someone who's notoriously indecisive myself, I actually FELT Atsushi's struggle in my SOUL. Like, do I understand why his inability to communicate drove the plot? Absolutely. Did I also want to shake him sometimes? Maybe. But let's be real, his indecision somehow landed him not one, but TWO gorgeous men, so who's really winning here?
Enraku was my personal favorite, he’s devilish, a little nasty and totally unapologetic about it. Shiki was almost too nice (which, okay, made their dynamic even better). Together? They’re absolute chaos, the kind that makes you laugh, blush and cringe with secondhand embarrassment all at once.
Also I loved to see the double penetration, this is somehow rather rare in those kind of manga lol.
I loved this one-shot BL manga. It won't be for everyone, and there's a few reveals about the past that are kind of disturbing, but overall it's very sweet. Atsushi may be at the center of this "love triangle", but the relationship between Enraku and Shiki is equally significant. Their friendship is seemingly one of rivalry, but is actually a codependent one. The only way they'd ever be able to be happy in a relationship is if they loved the same person, and Atsushi happily fills that role, without ever feeling less important.
I loved the MC and the boyfriends seperately, but I wanted them to be into eachother so much more than they were. It was more of a competition and less of a relationship at times.
I rarely ever find love triangle stories in which there's a happy ending as a thrupple so I treasure them when I do find them. Was very happy to see that both the tops were able to save their friendship and work through it because their love for the main character was just that strong.

ME GUSTAN MUCHÍSIMO.

I'm. Not even sure what I just read, to be honest?
Like... I'm trying to organize my thoughts, and I really can't. So much, and yet nothing, seemed to happen in the span of these 200 pages. I'm literally at a loss. I don't even know if I LIKED this manga lmao
And like, I should like it automatically -- I really love polyamorous relationships, especially ones that actually end in a functional relationship and not with "well this works for now, but he'll have to pick one of us eventually" (welcome to the yaoi research club i am looking at YOU). And like, I really did like the relationship dynamics between all of the characters; I think they did all click and it worked out. Even if Enraku and Shiki both clearly state that they only feel romantic attraction to Atsushi, their best friend/rivals/codependent/only-motherfucker-in-the-city-who-can-handle-me obsession thing really worked between them and gave their corner of the relationship triangle some much needed support and connection -- the chapter that went into their backstory was the chapter that actually made me lean in for the first time in the whole volume . Overall, the way they just all worked together was really compelling.
But getting to that end point was a struggle, to the point where I had to put this down several times, and actually ended up reading it slowly over the course of several days. Which, I think, I can mostly attest to the art style -- something about it just doesn't work for me. Some times it's almost uniquely beautiful, but most times it just looks slightly off and kind of jarring, so I kept disengaging and losing interest as I read. Also, it's hard to tell what exactly is going on in each scene, and the flow between scenes is pretty weak, which didn't help the already kind of clunky nature of the story.
I was also initially turned off by the premise of the story -- that Atsushi is indecisive, and that his inability to choose is what leads to their relationship. It works, and it's a fair character trait to give someone in a polyamorous relationship, but I think I would have liked it better if Atsushi wanting both of them wasn't due to his inability to pick either of them over the other. Instead, it would have been nice to have a character who could be decisive about what they wanted and still ended up picking both of them because they loved and wanted both of them. It's a very subtle change, and I don't think Atsushi's indecisiveness was a bad thing to give him, it just sets the stage for the relationship in a way that I am not sure I really liked?
Omgggg, need this on my shelf!!! It was too funny and cute and so HOT! Tbh, I wasn't entirely convinced about Atsushi's utter indecisiveness or the reason he broke up with his ex (why not just talk about it??) but all of that got him two lovers in the end so is it really all that bad? LOL. Enraku won the lottery but I think Atsushi was the real winner here! Also, ngl, I also personally liked Enraku more. Both him and Shiki were devilish and nasty which I like but Shiki was too nice 🤣🤣 but that only makes their little trio even better. The last story where they make Atsushi jealous was 🤌🤌✨✨
4.5 for the spice, Atsushi's sexy faces, Enraku's personality, and the laughing and secondhand embarrassment this gave me. I would read more volumes of their antics
I actually enjoyed this really messy relationship. The art style and story was reminiscent of older BL, complete with disproportionately sized heads and hands and really skinny bodies. I did enjoy the dynamic the three developed by the end. ...Could have done without that weird sub-plot point about Enraku's mom though.
Was honestly not what I expected 😆 it wasn’t really polyamory until the very end. It was more of a love triangle or rivalry thing before that but I still liked how it ended.
The story was okay. Main character is very indecisive and ends up losing his band mates. A close friend invites him to live at his home with another that turns out to be mc’s ex. What ensues is each of them trying to win the mc’s affections. When our main man doesn’t know who to pick, the friend and ex decide to share and love him just as he is. Nothing big for the story. The plot was not complicated and the feelings of everyone gets resolved pretty quickly when I feel like there could have been something more in depth.

I liked the art overall, but I found the way feet were drawn to be off-putting, and wish there had been more visual differences between Atsushi and Enraku.
Lo he gozado muchísimo.
So the color and the art of the cover was pretty which drew me in and I’m a huge fan of why choose stories so I thought a bl why choose manga was gonna be perfect for me but it fell so flat. There was a lot of dubious consent and honesty icky moments that turned me off. Also two alpha males saying mine mine mine and having the mc being indecisive and just going with the shitty treatment felt predatory?? Not a fan and don’t recommend
This is a Japanese BL Manga One-shot. The title pretty much gives away what this story is about.
This was pure amusement and entertainment. At times, it was ridiculous and other times it was fun. I felt the characters had good personalities that fit with what was going on. Two of the drawings look similar, but the character work was detailed and separate.
I had fun reading this. I didn't take it seriously.
Just read this book to complete my August bingo for a “book with two POVs” this was the first one I found on the hoopla app. Classic manga art style that was very well executed. Cute story and I enjoyed that it starts with MC getting kicked out of the band for being indecisive and ends with his indecisiveness being embraced and creating a beautiful relationship not just for him but the people around him too.
Definitely an 18+ story

Smutty, messy situationship and love triangle where the main character Atsushi can't decide between the two roommate lovers. I predicted the ending a mile away too. It's a polyamorous relationship and every one of them is a red flag (just my opinion). If this is the type of story you're into, have at it and read this book, otherwise save yourself some time and read something else with more interesting, developed characters with real depth and personality.
When I tried reading this the first time, I stopped halfway through. I just couldn't get past their dynamic.
Today, I finally picked it up again and finished the second half. I loved it.
I would've loved to have been pulled in straight away, but the second half does make up for the first half, when they finally uncover their feelings and get together. That really saved it for me and it's the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I honestly really liked this one. It's hot, its got intriguing psychological thoughts, a polyamorous relationship which I haven't seen much of in BL manga, and a nice enough plot to facilitate the spicy parts 🤔somewhat. The warning said dubious consent but...it didn't quite read that way to me. I think Atsushi's indecisiveness was just the vehicle here which was also another interesting element of the story 🤔. This left me with thoughts alongside spiciness...and I enjoy that.
A little confused about polyamory and how it works, but it's got the spirit. Yeah, triads are fun, but I deeply appreciate how Enraku and Shiki's friendship was explored and how they did ask themselves if there could be something else between them aside from Atsushi. Did feel a bit objectifying and the art style wasn't my fave, so I did knock a star off for that.
Nope. If you’re looking for plenty of sex, then you’ll like this book.
I dont mind reading about the sex, but there was no chemistry between these characters in my opinion. Honestly, it felt like I was reading a “crack” fic.
