This is one of the best design books I've ever purchased. It become a favorite of mine to give as a gift. Not only is there incredible design featured, but they ask designers, using the original source material, to redesign the work. They interview everyone from original designers and all the redesigners, as well as explain what software they used, typefaces and note their websites. It's an incredible resource!

It was really interesting to be able to read and understand more the ideas, concepts and background each designer brings to the table.
Some of the work was brilliant and transmitted a message; while others were not as good.
Overall I think it was was educational and it taught me more about the graphic design processes and to understand that in the end it's all about personal taste.
