Like why did Jack have to die? Why couldn't Rose move her butt over? Because that was a huge piece of wood she was on, people.

Happy Endings should be fought for, but they should always happen. Mine might take some curves and twists, but they eventually get there.

Having published over fifty stories, it always feels surreal that this is my life. Hitting USA Today had me crying for days, but nothing is more special than hearing from readers that they loved one of my books.

Marco has agreed to marry 16 year old Helena, his sister's best friend. It's a means to an end, the only way he can get rid of his father. He's too old, too jaded for her. But, it's the only way. They have to wait until she is of age, that's 20 or 21, but she wants him to be celibate during that time. He demands it of her, so she asks him for the same. Then, he purposefully avoids her so his father doesn't find out she means something to him. But Helena has spent her life being ignored, and she refuses to accept that from Marco. She has waited years for him, but she's done. She's giving up hope, done being ignored. He's finally in a position where he can have her, though, and he's not letting her get away. When she overhears his brothers debating on if he cares about her or is just doing what he has to, her heart shatters. She thought they were moving forward, making progress. So she runs. All the way to America, where his enemy is. And his enemy has nefarious plans for her. Can he save her?

The scene where she's 18 and he *takes care of* her was hot. I know some readers would be uncomfortable or grossed out, but it was well written. This book jumps through the years like the others did. It's both good and confusing. Reading that gas station scene was rough.

Wicked Demands😍

Wicked Demands is the next book in this series and is fantastic❣️Featuring Marco, Melina’s brother, and Melina’s best friend, Helena, whom we met in the previous book - this couple are brought together through an arranged marriage that Helena orchestrates. She’s been in love with Marco since she was young after witnessing Marco and his sister. Unfortunately, she’s not sure if he will ever reciprocate those feelings for her but is hopeful that with time this will come to fruition.

The book is steamy, has a daddy kink, we get a sassy heroine who takes no prisoners and is also everything one would expect from a mafia story…violence, mayhem and oh did I mention bikers? Sexy, gruff bikers…tick ✅ Yes, I’m hoping for some more biker stories in our future, especially Liberty and EZ but I digress🙃

A not to be missed story and I can’t wait for the next book…we all know who’s next😉 I received an advanced copy and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

I’m enjoying the series but the first book was the best by far. This was my least favorite of the series. I just didn’t feel the time apart was a very strong plot point. I’m excited for Victorrio’s story next. He’s been one of my favorite characters.

What I loved: Marco(H)!!!! He made my heart hurt for him because of all the shit his father did to him. Later, he made it beat faster because damn he is one sexy daddy ;) I truly loved his character and I’m so happy he got his HEA. I also loved EZ and can’t wait to read more of him.

What I didn’t like: Not going to lie but Helena(h) got on my nerves (but once I remembered her age I realized the way she acted was because of her immaturity). Don’t get me wrong I still liked her character and I actually appreciated that the author made her that way (it made her more realistic).

***Major Spoilers/ Details/Triggers: h has had a crush on the H (who is her best friend’s brother). This starts with the h staying with the H and they working on their relationship since they are engaged to be married. Everything starts to work out until the h overhears his brothers talking. h gets scared and runs back home. H finds and agrees to give her time. With some interference from others, they finally get their HEA.

Final thoughts: I’m loving this series and I hope we get EZ and Liberty’s book soon <3

the girl pissed me off so bad. pls tell me why, as an author, you think that the girl constantly panting over other men and flirting with them is not a form of cheating??? she literally repeatedly said that she liked the flirting and girl would get “tingles down her spine” because her fiancé was far away from her (SOMETHING THAT SHE LITERALLY COERCED HIM INTO) and then would complain when he got busy trying to protect her?? like y’all do realize that’s how affairs start??? y’all piss me off so bad with the heroines lead around by their vagina— that’s not boss babe, that’s desperate. 😐

I'm falling more and more in love with this series with each book that comes out.
Marco and Helena fighting continously in the previous book, had me waiting for their book so excitedly.

Especially when you know Helena who's Marco's sister's bestie, has always been in love with him and I was so looking forward to know what goes wrong between them.

The start to this book takes you slowly in with Helena and through her eyes makes you fall in love with Marco, the man she fell for when she saw how protective he was towards his sister.

Along with Helena, I was feeling all those butterflies and sweetness and crushing on your best friend's older brother.
The raw desire and forbidden feels that you have never experienced but want to only with the man of your dreams.... All of that is so real and I felt all of that.

The chemistry is undeniably hot and just gets freaking hotter as Marco soon realises how special Helena is.
But there are things that binds Marco's hands as he has a responsibility towards his family and also he needs to protect them from the monster within their own homes.

This one gives you equally hot and sweet times and when you least expect it, right out of left field, things completely take a turn of 180 and I was like what the....

I loved the action parts also so much as the chase and run parts. I was just turning the pages so fast, so scared of thinking what would happen.
The second half of this book made this ride for me a five star because of how intense it is and how it kept me on my toes.

I did feel at times that maybe Helena was being a spoiled brat but then you see Marco and I felt she was perfect for the way that man can be.

Ahhh... Another exciting and super 𝖲𝖤𝖷𝖸 ride with lots of hate to love you and love to Hate you times. Loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another stunner

I really enjoyed this. I'm really digging this series from one of my comfort authors. I'd love for some of the side characters to get their own stories from this but I loved the back and forth and the heat was sure firing. Bravo, Ms. Marie, another banger.

I do not like my heroines desperate and hung up over a man but she was. It was instant love from the heroine which is a huge no for me. She asked for the arranged marriage no thanks. Guy can have it bad from beginning but not the heroine. I felt like Marco was a lot of talk and very little action get a move on already. I was bored waiting for him to finally make his move and for Helena to stop wanting him like a sad puppy.

Felt Off

I usually love Jordan Marie books but the main female and male characters in this book are unlikeable.

The plot revolved around and was dragged by the female main character, Helena, having major insecurities about how the male main character feels about her and going to illogical lengths to test him to prove himself. She came across as extremely immature and dare I say insensible at times. I rarely dislike a character but Helena falls for Marco then runs away based on what she eavesdropped on, insists on her “freedom and time to find herself” but secretly wants the guy to chase her but at the same time seeking validation from other guys (?) just to feel desired. There was no outright cheating though so at least that is a plus. Marco, on the other hand, was also immature for his age. He came across as passive. His only excuse for not acting all alpha was based on his dark childhood trauma that he does not want to taint Helena with.

Honestly, both character’s internal monologue to justify their actions or lack thereof was a bit contrived and lacked pull.

With that said, I do have to appreciate the supporting characters. I would still read Jordan Marie books as she is a good author. This might not be her best work but I am sure she has so many other books that are fantastic.

Wicked Demands - Kingdom Of Sin - Book 3 - Jordan Marie

This is book three in this addictive series by Jordan Marie that is quickly becoming one of my favourite series ever. It is so well written with the perfect blend of action, humour, wit, and so hot it will melt your kindle. Its absolutely fabulous in my humble opinion.  So this book follows Marco Stratakis, who is Melina's eldest brother who we initially met in book two and his woman, Helena or Ena as Marco likes to call her who is Melina's best friend. Marco and Helena were set to have an arranged marriage but
Marco thinks he is doing the right thing by protecting Helena and trying to distance himself but ends up pushing her away which hurts her in so many ways and gives her second thoughts about the whole marriage. However, as circumstances change we see how they overcome their concerns and insecurities and form a bond stronger than either of them ever imagined possible even with a few bumps along the way. Watching them build their relationship was a story filled with so many emotions and a thing of beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed going on their journey with them and meeting old friends from the previous books in this series such as Antonio and also seeing new characters such as EZ and Liberty we definitely need to know everything about them and their connection EZ was a great character and continually made me smile with his charm and confidence. I also enjoyed the banter and camaraderie between Marco and his new extended family and his brothers, Eli, Gio and Sebastian who I can't wait to see fall under the spell of their own women in the future. This series keeps going from strength to strength and I am excited to see where it heads next and will definitely be re-reading them all, over and over again because I enjoyed them so very much and know you will to! I enjoyed this one! It starts off when Marco and Helena first meet when she asks her father to arrange a marriage with Marco.

Marco has had a hard life with a despicable tyrant of a father who was the head of their Greek family. He made it his mission to protect his little sister however he could and take down his father. When he meets Helena, aside from being too young, he cannot put her in jeapordy so he keeps a distance deciding he will show her he cares after he takes care of the dangers. However, it takes him far longer than he anticipated.

Helena was a very naive and fanciful teen. She is alone most of the time because she is not an heir so her father does not concern himself with her. She did not understand how Marco's world worked so she had expectations that were never met. As she became an adult, she questioned if she should marry marco anymore thinking he did not care for her. She was very wishy washy with what she wanted from Marco and lacked communication.

I loved how Helena grew into herself and started kicking ass and fighting for not only herself but for them too. It was really nice to see Marco give in to his feelings and start making her priority as well. decided to unleash his beast and take care of business.

When Helena is danger, Marco will stop at nothing to save her. Their chemistry was hot hot hot! 🥵 While there were past hurts and indecision, they found their way to each other. After both of them being so lonely in life, it was good to see. Really excited for the too pretty Victorio next! Also, bikers! Yess please! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Helena and Marco are arranged to be married for an alliance between the two Greek mafia families. Despite their large age gap, Marco is determined to protect Helena and has to eliminate all the threats and wait for her to come of age before claiming her. Sadly, it takes longer than expected, leaving the beautiful Helena shaken and questioning Marco's feelings. Once, Marco does accomplish his goals Helena isn't feeling as magnanimous as she was as a teen and wants Marco to prove his love. As they work through Helena's hesitations, Marco has plenty of other enemies looking to strike, especially at his weakest spot...his fiancee

I definitely understood Helena's feelings and appreciated that she tried to take a stand for herself. Her communication and deciding what she truly wants could have used improvement but also still tracks with how a 20 year old could realistically react. As for Marco, he's protective and set in his own vision. He has good reason not to pursue a relationship further while his original enemies are lurking. Though there are key moments, he should have tried harder to be there for Helena. I did see him grow and make her more of a priority, so I'm always a fan of character growth and him listening to her needs instead of acting selfishly. The spice was most definitely present and at full blast! I absolutely loved Marco as he gave into his feelings and wanted to care for his future bride! There's definitely a lot to like in this book and series, and now I'm curious about EZ and liberty !

Ooooh these men are super HOTT! Wicked Demands is book 3 in 5he Kingdom of Sin series and in this story we follow Melina's brother Marco on his journey to ever after.

An arrangement to marry Helena Kratos once she turns 21 is just another way Marco's dictator of a father is controlling his life. A tyrant of epic proportions Melina was not the only tortured horrifically by their father. Anything Marco felt any affection for his father abused in some way. Marco is determined to take his father down and restore peace in his family. Content to go along with the marriage Marco is not prepared for his reaction to the young Helena.

Helena has always been in love with Marco. Invisible to her own father, devoid of any loving connections, watching Marco care for her best friend (and his sister), Helena wants that for herself and is only too happy for the arrangement except the part having to wait 5 years.

A this is a Mafia romance the re is always going o be danger. The men are hot heads at best and the biggest jerks at worst. Intense and insanely sexy Marco sometimes needs a good slap to wake up to Helena and what is happening between them. In turn Helena really needs to give Marco a chance, he is just as clueless to relationships as she is and that they will have to grow together. But instead she pushes his buttons to the nth degree.

Watch these 2 navigate their way to what the both deserve. Great read story moves very quickly and of course there is alot of steamy, sexy bedroom moments that you won't want to miss. Enjoy📚❤️

An arranged marriage between two powerful Greek Mafia families, The Stratakis and The Kratos‘ puts Marco in the most difficult position yet. His father the head of the Stratakis is a mean cruel man.
His evilness knows no bounds. So now not only does Marco have to protect his sister, Melina from their father, he has to protect his fiancée Helena as well.
What was done to Marco was horrendous and incomprehensible. Especially when it was done by the person who was supposed to care and protect him.
Marco knowing that his father will go after whatever or whoever is important to him, he decides to stay away from Helena until he can eliminate the threat, his father.
Helena and Melina are best friends and as such Helena was a frequent visitor.
She had a childhood crush on Melina’s older brother Marco. With time that crush turned into love.
Helena is half Marco age and sees life through the proception of a sixteen year old.
She knows Marco’s dad is a mean father but she has no idea how utterly evil he is.
Not knowing the reason why Marco is staying away she harbors sadness and anger in her heart.
And this carries through years later and plays a major part in Helena’s actions.
While their relationship is rocky and unsure.
The sexual relationship with Helena and Marco is smoking hot.
It's sexy and dirty and filled with kink.
While these two are trying to find their footing together.
The mafia life is still going on. The danger is alive and well.
The pages of the book are filled with action, suspense and spice.

This story is about an arranged marriage between Marco and Helena. Their marriage will form and alliance between two Greek Mafia families. These two do have quite a large age gap between them but Marco is determined to keep Helena safe. Helena all her life has wanted to be loved and she never got that with her amity. To her father she was a pawn to use and dispose of when he wanted. However he has to leave her for her to become old enough to get married and to deal with the threats and this takes longer than he expected leaving Helena questioning whether or not he really cares. When he finally accomplishes his goal and comes to get Helena she is now a much older person and not feeling like she did about him when she was younger. She wants him to prove his feelings for her. While they are having to work through all of this, Marco still has enemies coming out of the woodwork and they know that his weakness is the very woman he is trying to convince of his feelings. I really liked reading this story. I really loved these two characters together. There is an age difference between them but you would never know it. I loved how he wanted to be there for her when he finally got back to her and it broke my heart the way she was treated by her family. This is a book you won't regret reading.

The Kingdom of Sin series is a sinfully addictive dangerous world, I've really grown attached to all the wonderful characters.

Wicked Demands is Marco and Helena's story it was a delicious slow burn arranged marriage age gap romance, with a little bit of kink too.

Marco is a dark, dangerous and domineering presence, a dirty talker with wicked demands and desires. He's also a strategic planner and a protector to those he cares about.
I bloody love Marco he never had an easy time growing up, so he didn't let anyone close that could be used against him. My heart hurt a little for him at times.

Helena always wanted Marco from a young age, she saw his protective caring side towards her best friend, a side he didn't show to others. She knew he was the one for her.

Marco and Helena took a while to get going but all the slow burn was worth it. Their chemistry was bubbling below the surface just waiting to ignite, but circumstances kept them apart. When they did connect...they were hotttttt! Hello Daddy! Loved their story.

I need more of this Kingdom of Sin, bring on Pretty Boy Victorio, then Ez or Marco's brothers, I need them all. 👏

Wicked demands is book 3 in the amazing Kingdom of Sin series written by the talented author Jordan Marie. She's done it again! Wicked demands is a stand alone but I recommend reading Carnal Vows (1) and Savage Intent (2) first to get a background of the characters. This is Marco Stratakis and Helena Kratos captivating, age-gap, arranged marriage between two important Greek Mafia families romance story. Helena has been in love with Marco since she was young. Marco is determined to take his father down and protect the most important women in his life. Great plot with amazing characters. I loved every interaction, the drama, the tension, the filthy talking, the violence, mayhem, the secondary and supporting characters, the romance. Grab an ice cold drink and crank down the air conditioning because you're going to need it. NO SPOILERS!! This is without a doubt five stars book and I highly recommend it! Can’t wait to read more.

Marco and Helena may have been from the same world but they were definitely at very different places.  This is Book 3 in the Kingdom  of Sin Series and well worth the wait. 

These two were contracted to marry in order to align two Greek mafia families.  While Helena had chosen Marco as her betrothed, he was seeing this marriage as a means to an end.  But what Marco didn’t expect was to feel an attraction to his fiancée.

Their engagement was tumultuous.  Marco was trying to work behind the scenes while all Helena felt was rejection.  Time didn’t heal all wounds and feelings began to wither.  But Marco found himself working toward a future with Helena while she was trying to move on.  But he would not be denied and he would prove that their marriage was possible. 

But when both their pasts and families prove to be obstacles, one becomes determined and the other runs.  But Marco will not be denied.  Helena will understand and will belong to him. 

Marco had my attention from the beginning.  Add in some old acquaintances and a dirty talking Alpha and we have a winner.

Helena and Marco’s story is everything and more than I thought it would be. It has just about everything you can think of:
*two lead characters that have terrific chemistry
*an age-gap romance
*plenty of steamy scenes to heat things up
*angst to break your heart and lots of other emotions as well
*bikers, mafia—Greek, Italian and the Russian Bratva.
*intense action
*humour

I thoroughly enjoyed the cross over from book two, Savage Intent, where more things were explained from both dual points of view—Helena’s and Marco’s. I did feel Helena teetered on the edge quite a bit but she’s so much younger than Marco it’s expected I suppose.

Once things start to heat up, admittedly this was closer to the end of the book, the excitement and suspense does too. I loved how Helena takes charge at times and puts her mark on the villain too.
I look forward to reading book four, Deadly Protector, with Victorio and his Angel.

This is the third book in the Kingdom of Sin series. It’s about Marco, Melinda’s brother and Helena, Melinda’s best friend. We were introduced to them in the other 2 books. This book is about their story.

First Marco was a wimp. I know he had a lot of issues for the way his father abused him all his life. BUT he was way too lenient and slow moving with Helena. Helena who was betrothed to him at 16 by her request.

Helena was a spoiled brat. The book says she didn’t think of herself that way but her actions told a different story.

While I was glad to get the next installment of these families, both Marco and Helena annoyed me. And when the incident happens I predicted it because Helena’s insecurity/brattiness/stupidity brought it about.

I honestly was glad to get to the end of this book and generously gave the story a 4. I like the way author writes, develops her characters and I’m always down for a series.

The third installment of the series and I do suggest that you read the first two books before, just so you are caught up with all the drama and who's who. After the events that happened in book two, Marco and Helena are now back in Greece. Marco is fully prepared for their relationship to move forward with marriage being the end result. Helena is of a different mind and is positive that there is nothing between them, and that they need to just go separate ways. Now it's up to Marco to convince her that her place is with him and nowhere else. Will he be able to convince her or is Helena right?

This was such an amazing read, I enjoyed being in this world that Jordan Marie created. We get some laughs, great banter, spicy AF naughty bits, and of course a bit of danger and violence. I can't wait to see where this series goes; I give Marco and Ena 5 stars.

I knew I would enjoy reading Marco's story when he was mentioned in Book 2. In "Wicked Demands," Jordan Marie's latest in the Kingdom of Sin Series, Marco is arranged to marry the young Helena, whose father is part of another mafia family. However, Marco stays away from her until she turns twenty-one, which frustrates her.

All Helena ever wanted was to be with Marco, having had a crush on him for years. The more time they spend with each other, it becomes evident that Marco is not too different from her callous and detached father.

I loved the big age gap between Marco and Ena in "Wicked Demands." Marco is very much the OTT/JP mafia guy but is soft, gentle, and thoughtful, just with Helena. Each book in the Kingdom of Sin Series gets steamier, and spicer Marco and Helena together are incredible.

Helena was not disappointed when her engagement to Marco was arranged when she was only a teenager. He is her best friend’s older brother who she has feelings for however the five years she had to wait until they could marry was a test of her patience and she was tired of feeling alone and unloved by anyone.

Marco has his hands full trying to deal with the family business as well as protecting his sister and his fiancé. He has never had feeling for another woman so he doesn’t understand why Helena can’t be patient and give him the time and space he needs to deal with the escalating danger.

Suspense that keeps you on edge, surprises you don’t see coming and a possessive man who isn’t about to let the woman who has captured his heart distance herself from danger despite the complications it brings.

This book was, by far, my least favorite.

I hated the main female character. I think she wanted to appear more mature than she was, but let's be real, she was a child and she sure behaved like one. Being spoiled also didn't help. First,she asked her father to arrange marriage with him. Then she gets all pissy that he doesn't pay attention to her (a literal child, mind you). She didn't even try being patient and understanding with this man. If you are claiming to be grown enough to marry someone, then behave like a rational person. But no. She didn't do that. She continued behaving like a child and run away from unpleasant necessary conversations. And then she ends up in trouble. Shocker, I know... and who does she call? Right, Marco. Urgh I'm so mad I don't even want to remember this book.

I'm also so mad at myself for not dnfing this book.

This is the third book in this incredible series, and this is Marco and Helena’s story. Helena is sassy and knows what she wants, and she has had a crush on Marco, her best friend’s older brother for years. Marco has been biding his time to claim Helena and is protective of her. When Helena is in trouble she contacts Melina, but it is Marco who comes to her rescue, but he is not doing it for free, she is his payment.
This is a well written story which is an enemies / lover’s romance, with an age gap, arranged marriage, violence, danger, suspense, intrigue, mayhem, emotions, and love, which leads to an entertaining and thrilling page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Wicked Demands

Marco Stratakis, one of 7 kids, the oldest of 6 boys & 1 girl. This is another arranged marriage, still commonly done in different parts of the world. Thankfully this time it is a bit more tasteful than one’s in the past. After the destruction of his evil family, Marco is finally in a place of happiness. He still needs to prove himself to Helena as well as to himself. Helena on the other hand needs to listen and communicate to Marco as well. Helena was made for Marco in every way. Their pasts were dramatically different than each others but they have their own unique issues that they both need to overcome. Believe me when I say this book is an emotional roller coaster on both sides, but definitely worth reading!

MFC is TSTFL!

Let me start out by stating I adore this author! Love the majority of her books. However I did not love or really like this book or the characters! Helena was a naive, spoilt Character who imo brought nothing to this story except annoyance! Then we she runs away... Are you kidding me!?! The way she behaves and the things she does...mind blown this is a Jordan Marie character! Unrealistic story, characters that annoy, and PSA... to say you should really see read in order to get all the characters, but if I were you'd I'd skip these books and read any other series by this author but this book! 1.5 stars strictly for the authors past talents and hard work creating stories!✌

I’m loving this series! This is Marco and Helena’s story and it was very enjoyable and entertaining! Marco is such a sweetheart who has always protected those he loved. He’s had a very hard life and my heart went out to him. He’s doing his best to protect Helena but she sure makes it hard on him. There were times I was so mad at her but she did some growing up and seemed to come to her senses which made me happy. This had me turning the pages to see what was going to happen next! I loved seeing EZ again and some of the other characters! A very enjoyable story! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

I didn’t enjoy this one as much, I never really got into it. I don’t want to rate it low though so that’s why I gave it a 3. I understood why Marco kept Helena at a distance the way he did but he had a chance to do better later and did but then stopped. I do feel like Helena was very childish in her actions and punished Marco for things he didn’t even know he did wrong. I feel like the trouble she got into was her own fault and if she hadn’t been there, she wouldn’t have gotten into it. Helena kept saying Marco was confusing but I think she was and I certainly was confused by her actions mostly.
