Maybe the most interesting of the three or four Roosh V books I've read so far, though it's not really a real book. It's more along the lines of one of those Kindle Singles. But it might cost you more than a real Kindle Single, depending on how you get it. Try finding it in one of the package deals he occasionally runs. Nullus.
Smiley Face finds the author in his mid '30s, burned out, back in the US for a few weeks, trying to regroup, catch up with friends, family and what have you. The heavy sense of malaise that hunger over the SA travel memoir A Dead Bat in Paraguay is back big time. And it's worse now, because he's an old-ass man. He's achieved a lot of what he set out to do with his books, websites and scoring with naive, desperate women from underdeveloped countries, and he's still sad, alone and probably not particularly well off. Now what?
If you're a young brother whose life is in a state of disarray, you might relate to this a little bit too much. Especially the stuff with his mom. I thought the fact that he occasionally sends her money (or did, lol) was neither here nor there, but he brings up a good point about her not being able to be any more supportive of his work (and hence his livelihood) than she has been, thus essentially siding with random hoo-ers who would apparently sleep with pretty much anyone (just saying) over her own flesh and blood.
Even if you don't have any use for this guy philosophically you might get something out of it. The guy has an interesting story. He should consider writing it up in a single work that encompasses his entire career.
