I really enjoy losing myself in the world you create in your Insight and See series. I'd have to say I'm defiantly more of an Insight fan but the See series is still amazing It's a must read if your reading the Insight series. It fills in some blanks and gives you another side to the story. I can't get enough of your books. They are very well written and defiantly draw you in. I can not wait for the next book, in both series! Lol. I just wish I could have read this one slower. But it was hard to put down once I started.

I was lucky enough to get to read an ARC copy of this book...
I thought that it was really great. I am more of the Insight series fan but I like to read these too. I don't understand some of their personality traits but I can't expect to like everyone.
This book wasn't my favorite of them all but it does answer questions and leave you with more of them. It was really well written as well. Can't wait for the next one!

I find myself intrigued with this series. i have yet to read the insight series to see how these world collide with that story line, but that did not change how ingrossed i became with the see series. There was sooooo much to lean and understnad...that i still may not really know what the heck is going on. However, i am invested...and i can't wait to see what happens next.

Love this crew.
This book is also a retelling of England from the Insight series, but it is from a different perspective. The good thing is that Charlie and Willow don't spend any time together throughout these two book, so we don't get the exact same scenes. We are continuing to gain more players in the game so things are definitely intertwining more and more.

Charlie and Draven...who knew I'd love them this much!...Thank you Jamie once again! I started with reading the Insight series then thought i just love this universe, love the characters..and wanted more. Boy did i get it with the See series.

Remember my review of Enflame when I said Phoenix was my favorite character after Drake? Well I had probably forgotten about Cashton when I wrote that! I love his big bro, no b.s energy soo much!
Also I my last review, I talked about how Enflame was a turning point for the characters, the REAL moment they understood their fate. Well Redefined is exactly that, for the See series. The theme of the WOHAS series is all over this book and Cashton is the perfect character to explain this to his sister but also to the reader. I thought their dialogues allowed me, as a (re)reader, to understand easily The Selected, their family and their fates.
Okay now there are two scenes that my almost-25-yo brain did not like and they're both about the relationship between men and women. First, Charlie says some really slut-shaming remarks to Anna in one particular scene. It was hard to read, it got to a point where I had difficulty reading this passage. Second, how can Landen and Draven just force Charlie to use energy, to feel those bad emotions without explaining them to her in the first place? I know she says that was probably the best was to teach her, considering her temperament but come on, three stupid boys (Cashton included) laughing at her while she panicks because she doesn't understand what she's doing or feeling, that just awful!
Those two scenes bothered me, for sure, but they did not stop me from loving this story. Charlie and Draven are finally putting behind them some old misconceptions, they're more powerful than ever (thanks to the children and Cashton). They are both becoming who they are supposed to be. It's beautiful to see them bloom and become more and more confident with themselves and others, too. Maybe next time everyone will lister to CHARLIE so THE BOYS don't make huge mistakes (because once again, she was right and they should have follower HER gut).
Anyways, everything happens for a reason in this series so their mistake was necessary to reach the next part of their story... Which is, at least, 8 books later in the series. I hope I'll remember Redefined enough to understand what happens in Revolt because I don't remember what'll happen at alll...!

I definitely have favor in the 'See' series compared to the 'Insight' the plot is more exciting and isn't so closely focused on a love triangle, but more of the bigger picture. The deception is so thick in this book it is crazy confusing in a good way that keeps the reader on their toes and pulled into the world. The new characters and information that is revealed is epic and has much needed definitions. A great ride and I am excited to read the rest. Hopefully some much needed bonding between certain characters something I've been very impatient to read about.

As they have yet to understand this concept, that think that by sharing energy they are weakening each other. They discover that sharing energy, in fact, makes them stronger. That also figure out who they are really fighting in this book. Looking forward to the next on the See series!

I really enjoy reading this series a lot, I though this was going to be the last boom of the see series, not because I wanted to be over, I just want to know how it ends. I love that I get to read about the characters about the insight series. Now to read the next book in this web of hearts and souls. ❤️❤️

What can I say....I love Jamie Magee's books. Redefined is no exception!
I like how this story delves further into the love story of Charlie and Draven as well as introduced a new facinating character Cashton. I can't wait until the next book. I loved this book!

The intermixing of these series of books is starting to get me all confused. However, I did like this book. It's confusing to get the backstory for another you've already read - right after reading it. I can't quite change directions as quickly as the author.

So many things just morphing together and new things popping up every which way as I continue to read this aptly named “Web”.

I like the series, but the characters and individual scene descriptions leave much to be desired. by this point in the series, some loose ends should be tied up, & that isn't really happening.
