I think I just dumped Nash and fell in love with this hot shifter!! I love Jared Stones!!! He is all my BBFs rolled up into one hot mess!! He is adrenaline, testosterone and dynamite all rolled up into one package - and while we're on the subject of packages?? Dayumm!!!!

Oh for the love of God it's anything but cold.
I thought the pages were going to burst into flames the sexual scenes in this book are described in great detail, they have me all hot and bothered.
I do love a good paranormal. There's just something about shifters. So alpha male, strong, protective, gives me butterflies in my stomach.
Jared aka Stones is one seriously hot alpha male. He's just grrrrrr, yes I'm growling. I know Jared would like to hear me growl. Only in my dreams unfortunately.
Sloane is the best friend of Ellen and is Stones's ex. I was in disbelief reading she actually left him. You'd have to peel me away.
Sorry back to the story. As I was saying they were a couple but two years has past and he's beyond angry she's even shown up and she's trying to remain brave.
Ellen and Stone's end up in the ring. Practicing apparently, oh yeah blood all over and powerful blows being thrown, definitely in training, NOT.
Nash puts a stop to it not liking seeing his female being thrown around the ring. Whatever that chick is as hard as they come.
What is first a very hostile meeting leads to off the charts sexual chemistry.
Stone really knows how to look after a woman's needs along with his own. That man/shifter can move a mountain with his pelvis.
This book is a one that needs added to your TBR shelf and read ASAP. I definitely recommend to all lovers of paranormal.

This is another brilliant work by Eva LeNoir, not to mention it is a great continuation of her Underdogs of the Arena series.
This is the point of view not of Ellen the new Lightweight champion, but of her coach Jared Stone.
Jared has his life back in order, the attack on Ellen and Nash was taken care of and he can go back to training his clients while Ellen basks in her mated glory. Or at least he thinks so until the woman who destroyed him shows up in the arena.
Her name: Sloane and she is the source of his anger as well as the key to unlocking his emotions. She was the only woman he ever loved or will love. But, the pain she caused him in the past keeps him at bay as wanting to pull her into his arms and claiming her as his again.
Events peruse and Stones not only ends up in one fight that night, but two. In the end he pushes aside his stone cold attitude and takes Sloane back into his life as his.
I can't wait for the third book. This is a great combination of shifters and vampires. Not everyone is mated and there is no indication that everyone will be. There is the perfect amount of conflict as there is love making. The males are very possessive of their females and always willing to give their lives to protect them.

And now I have the song running through my head, I'm going to check it out later but you know the one I mean? I've loved you for a thousand years....? I do actually listen to non Maroon 5 songs - sometimes.
Sunday morning rain is falling, I decided time to pick up a dog! I needed a spirit lifter and thought Eva could do it. And she did!

This is Jared and Sloane's story. Nash and Ellen are in it as well. It goes from lovers to hatred which was really hurt back to lovers! Super hot, exciting, and sweet. Can't wait to get to Jonas' story.

Ah Stones how you delight me!
In the second installment of the Underdogs of the Arena Series, we get MORE Stones! We barely cracked the surface of the lone shifter in Bloodweight, and I was thrilled that he was getting his own novella!
Questions are answered about Ellen and Nash, but more questions arise about Stones and Sloane. We get more of the sarcastic, witty banter between Ellen and Stones. It warms your heart and cracks me the hell up!
"Fucking hell Stones! Are you getting laid right now?"
I always wondered about Stones, why he was so quiet and intense. It was the heartbreak that he experienced two years ago that left him a shell of a man, but when someone he thought he would never see again, walks back in his life, will it mend his heart or shatter it till there's nothing left?
Once again Eva is so good at writing intense fight scenes and steamy love sessions! My heart was racing throughout this story and I couldn't put it down. That little minx does leave us with a cliffhanger, but what good series doesn't have those, right? Eva LeNoir definitely knows how to keep her readers captivated and begging for more! Bravo on another great story. Bring on the next!
I'm giving this five stars because each installment gets better and better, and Eva got me with this one! Thank you for a great read!

After reading Eva's first book in this series Bloodweight (Underdogs of the Arena) I have
Been waiting eagerly for this book (Stones story) and I have to say it was well worth the wait.
In Bloodweight we got a glimpse of Stone and you knew there was something deep about him.
Stone is your typical Alpha Were and when Sloane comes back into his life he certainly shows it Wow does he show it, the sex scenes are Hot.
We get to see why Stone is the way he is and why Sloane left 2 years ago yes the story is about two people finding each other again the HEA if you like.
But there is a story being weaved in there which started in the first book and continues in this book with Sloan's brother Kyle and what he is hiding.
The only thing I want more than anything is for the story to be longer and with the ending
It's a OMG you didn't end it there ending you are left wanting more and I for one will be reading this series till the end because I just love the world Eva has created at the UNDERDOG ARENA

Denying a mate and turning your back on them is a grievous sin. Not believing enough in your mate is probably just as bad or worse. Sloane is the mate Stone loved forever. Two years ago, Sloane kicks Stone in the heart and stomps on it. She's a stupid bitch. No, really. She's a werewolf.
This story moves fast and leaves the reader panting for more. The fighting in this is more graphic and gritty. This enhances the book for me. I loved this rough play. The fight between Ellen and Stone was hot and arousing. The sex between Sloane and Stone is steamy.
There is a little bit of intrigue and Ms. LeNoir leaves us hanging. Boo. The third in this book better be published soon so that we can read it. This book nicely sets us up for the next story while giving good history on Stone. I felt this book is more a 3.5 star. It's more focused and I can see her writing style become more polished. I recommend this book to paranormal lovers who love a good fight.

Enter Sloan, best friend to Ellen and the woman who broke Stones heart. She have up her true love to save him form death, but he doesn't know it.
These two are just full on hot together. The sparks fly between them even as the hate festers. But when these shifters give in, grab a fan.
" Yeah, he was going caveman on her and he didn't care in the least. Tonight, Stones would claim her and she would let him"
This book picks up a couple of weeks after the last book and sets up the next book perfectly. We get to see Ellen and Nash and meet the next books character in Kyle, Sloan's brother and pack alpha.
As a lover of the paranormal genre, this author is a great addition to the virtual shelves. I said it in my review for Bloodweight, this is an author to watch and I still think so. This series just gets better and better.

Something about this series drew me in after reading the first book - I'm not the normal para reader but everything that I love about hot alpha's had me hooked after Book#1 and made me want to continue...little did I know Stone Cold would melt my damn panties right off! I love the hot chemistry between Stones and Sloane and the ability that Eva has to transport me into their scenes that I could feel the heat as though I were there in person. How the hell Eva can make 59 pages seem as involved and capturing as a full length book is her true gift! Don't let size deter you as it is completely worth ever little penny -- I may not be converted into reading para on a normal basis but I’d read anything she writes as soon as it comes out - no questions asked. Truly a wonderful and sincerely nice author – I didn't even want to stop to write this before I continued onto Book#3!

Another great story from Eva LeNoir. It's the follow up to Bloodweight and I have the same complaint.. I want MORE!!
Great writing, pretty good editing and a great story.
This time we are following Jared Stones as he runs into the woman who broke his heart, Sloane. It's been two years and much has changed in the years since they've parted ways.
It's hard to not give much away but there was a surprise here and there that kept the pages flying by. Super hot and sexy scenes thrown in with a few badass fight scenes to round it off.. Great book!!

I loved it!!! It answered a lot of the questions from the first book Bloodweight about Ellen and Nash. But it also left tons of questions about Jared and Sloane unanswered. Eva is gonna keep us tuning in for the follow up book. I love her style of writing because you know the next book is going to kick ass too so they are so worth the wait.

The second installment of the Underdogs of the Arena series was awesome. Jared Stones is hot, hot, hot! This book had me laughing at the sarcasm between him and Ellen and I loved the steamy scenes with Sloane. I couldn't put the book down and what an ending! I just had to grab Kyle's book and find out if he's as hot as Jared! Great job Eva!

Nicely written. Leave good suspense to announce the 3rd book of the Underdog of the Arena Series. Difficult to put down when you start reading. Even better than the first one Bloodweight, the young author is maturing quite fast. Very enjoyable readings.

I thought that this was a hot steamy read, but it was disappointingly short, it could have been quite a bit longer. The fight scenes were well done, but the sex scenes... I love werewolves :D

Oh Stones you beast! How I love you!!! I don't usually read paranormal but this...I loved! I love this series the plot twists and the steam! Oh and Eva is the queen of banter!

I enjoyed this book even more than the first one in the series, the writer seems more confident in her style. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series straight away.
