A great book for a reader to discover the many animals in the Philippines, although mostly water-based animals it is still fun to learn their Filipino names, as well as how to care for the environment. Tagak, a bird, who loves to travel and discover new places and bring home souvenirs for himself and his friends eventually leads to problems in their community and his well-being.

Synthetic products such as plastics, bottles, caps, and such greatly help the daily lives of human beings. However, these are chemically-made materials are harmful to animals especially if it will enter their natural habitat. We must always be mindful in disposing our waste so it will not harm our environment and the ecosystem.
