Even those with highly structured lifestyles, will pick up some helpful gems from this book. Though primarily addressing ladies, some of the advice will also benefit guys. Readers need not apply every recommendation for every day, as any steps taken, will be a step in the right direction.
Good read for a first time at de-cluttering, but not much new compared to other simiar books. My favorite take-away was the Launchpad idea, which we will be building this weekend i hope!
