Fresh Start provides a methodical guide to aid people, especially homemakers, in regaining control over their busy lives and sometimes unmanageable days. Laid out in 31 steps, Fresh Start provides practical actions to take, resulting in a simpler, less chaotic life. Even those with highly structured lifestyles, will pick up some helpful gems from this book. Though primarily addressing ladies, some of the advice will also benefit guys. Readers need not apply every recommendation for every day, as any steps taken, will be a step in the right direction.

I didn't do the day-by-day, but it inspired me to look around and see areas where I can do some simplifying.

Good read for a first time at de-cluttering, but not much new compared to other simiar books. My favorite take-away was the Launchpad idea, which we will be building this weekend i hope!

Overall decent reminders. A free book from the many e-book deals I receive.
Now if I could just start and maintain some of her ideas.
