In Los Angeles, where lights burn brighter and stars don’t just glisten in the sky, the Sharks are a family who inspire awe and respect—especially with the announcement that they’re building the most ambitious skyscraper on the downtown scene. Even in the land of the glamorous and the jaded, excitement runs high as the Edge starts to rise in its glistening glory. But success carries a price, as everyone in this sweeping, suspenseful saga must learn. Boundaries are tested, souls are opened, passions are unlocked…enemies are confronted. Every story brings a journey of scandals, a ride of revelations, and a push to the very limits of what hearts can endure—until every character learns fate’s biggest lesson of all. The edge is just the beginning.
Victoria Blue lives in her own portion of the galaxy known as Southern California. There she finds the love and life sustaining power of one amazing sun, two unique and awe inspiring planets and three indifferent, yet comforting moons. Life is fantastic and challenging and every day brings new adventures to be discovered. She looks forward to seeing what’s next!
Just when I thought I’d read Victoria’s best work to date, she proved she could shock me and leave me in complete awe!
The saying goes “All Good Things Must Come To An End” but I don’t want this to end☹️
Jacob’s Eclipse (Book 11 of The Shark’s Edge series) is the final book in the entire series and I’m so sad to have to say goodbye to all the characters!
This series has taken me on a roller coaster ride of emotions over the last 3 years. It’s helped me get through so much and I will hold it very close to my heart! This would have to be Victoria Blue’s best work to date. This series is flawlessly written and touches down on some heavy topics throughout the series which were very well researched. She brought these characters to life and touched down on relatable topics, yet she still weaved in suspense, heat and passion. It was pure perfection!
In Jacob’s Eclipse, I laid down to read and didn’t look back up until I’d finished the entire book! Which is a common occurrence with this author!
I’m not going to dive in deep with what happened in the book. All I will say is be prepared to be on the edge of your seats! It’s an intense storyline, it’s unputdownable, all-consuming and HOT AF!
This book was addictive and full of suspense, “wtf” moments, and plot twists, and it was perfection it left me swooning and fanning myself throughout!! I’m really going to miss this world and all the characters in it! It’s so bittersweet.
This book? E V E R Y T H I N G. Victoria has a way of pulling me in from page one and keeping my attention until the very last word on the very last page of the story! Ms Blue has a profound way of painting a picture in my mind with her amazing words, they consume me beyond belief, and have me craving more for days, weeks and even months to come.
This would have to be one of my top reads of 2023 so far! 5++++++ Stars!!
The long awaited last book in the Shark’s Edge Series has finally arrived. For the better portion of this book, you are reading and turning pages as quick as you can to get the story in to find out what has happened to Pia and Jacob’s daughter Vella. At the end of book 10, she is kidnapped and you don’t know by who. So I’m bated breath with your heart beating loudly in your chest, you are just trying to find out if they’re going to rescue her and who has her. While the who had her part is resolved in the book, it is still heart wrenching as a parent to read about a child being taken away from their parents for any reason. The author did an amazing job also of wrapping up the underlying storyline that has been prominent throughout the entire series. I’m not sure that I was overly excited about the epilogue of the book though. I was hoping for a recap of things from Jacob and Pia’s standpoint, but what we got was an interview with Sebastian Shark instead. And I guess I’m one level, that’s fitting as he’s been a constant through the entire series, and it is a series about him and his family. But the last chapter before the epilogue ends in a huge fight between Sebastian and Pia were nothing is really resolved just blurted out in a confrontational way. And then it goes to the epilogue, which is an interview between Sebastian and another person. I am excited about the spin off portion that was revealed at the end of the book. It’s about Hannah’s sisters, and will hopefully, in telling their stories, help us revisit the Shark’s edge world that was created here. Ultimately, I loved so much of this book, and this series and I highly recommend reading both, if you get a chance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
While I am sad to see the series end, I am glad I was able to read them all. The final couple has no such thing as an easy time in this book and we finally find out who caused all of the trauma! Shocking is too mild a word for it!
I am pleased Pia finally has her complete family. And it seems that my favorite Shark gets his due.
Well written 👏, love all the developed characters. The series had two great authors at the start and Victoria Blue did amazingly as a solo author to finish the last few books. More please
Absolutely amazing! There were so many emotions, it was like a roller coster. This is one of my favorite series!! The Shark clan has overcome so many obstacles.
Wow! This was a hot mess of a horrible book. Jacob’s Star was pretty good. I was really thinking it had a great storyline and looked forward to where it was going. But the second book was full of ridiculous awfulness. It was all over the place. I literally could not connect to anything in this book. Nothing had follow through. Jumped all around with no point. And sooo unrealistic. But the ending, it was the utmost disappointing ending ever!! Nothing wrapped up. It just ends. And I mean ends. What happens with Jake, Pia and Vela who knows? How did his family accept her when she denied him his child for 8 years? Who knows? Do they have more children? Who knows? How does the kid get over her trauma? Don’t know that either. Ohh and the person that causes the trauma do we get an answer to that and what happens? Noooooo, no we do not! Because like the whole book it was pointless and made no sense. The epilogue is a joke. An interview with Sebastian about a stupid building. Really? 11 books and that’s all ya got for an ending? I feel like my book is missing a couple chapters cuz you certainly didn’t finish any plot of the story. I read at the end of the book Victoria thanking Angel Payne for trusting her to see the story through to the end on her own. Ummm in my opinion she should probably connect with Angel and rewrite this book with more attention to detail.
I have so enjoyed the Shark's Edge series. It is so sad to see the end. Victoria Blue has poured her heart and soul into this series, and this the final book. Jacob's Eclipse is a delightful story featuring Cassiopia, Jacob, and Vela, and all the previous characters in the Shark books. There is mystery, danger, intrigue, hot steamy love, and a boatload of emotions, plus the resolution to all the problems seen in previous stories. The characters are nicely developed, and the writing detailed. I do wish the book was longer, as I did want a resolution to all the couples including Pia and Jacob with Vela. While Sebastian Shark did go through the final endings, it did feel a bit rushed for me. I know it is easy for me to say this as a reader, and I do so love Victoria's books and her writing capabilities.
So disappointing. All the loose ends & "who done it" from the previous books aren't answered. Run out of ideas? Just bring somebody back from the dead. Oh, please! Pia, self proclaimed independent woman, was painful to read. She wasn't Miss Independent, she pushed everybody away with her attitude & downright bitchiness. Poor Jacob. He tried to please her. Nobody's good enough . She treated Wren better than him. We don't know how her precious Vela fared either. She was still in therapy. What is the point of not finishing her story? I looked forward to this book sooo much I marked my calendar. There are no answers why this author couldn't tie everything together. It's just so bad.

I so thoroughly enjoyed the first 10 books in the Shark's Edge series and could not wait for "supposed" finale. This book was so very disappointing! This was no wrap up to not a a long running "who done it" but also to the love story for Cassiopeia Shark and Jacob. Everything was so disjointed and anti climatic. Even the epilogue was weak. So many loose ends and unanswered questions. Even the strong enigmatic Shark himself fell flat in the end. Victoria Blue has left me so DISAPPOINTED! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??? You have lost a once loyal fan.😞😞
This is a great series. I have loved each book and couldn't wait to get to the next. There must be a book 12 as it leaves you wanting more..... She is an amazing writer who knows how to grab your attention and keep it.
