In US air-force intelligence, Frank Defargo was called many things: psychic, claircoyant or remoteviewer. From secret military installations, he was able to see the activities of many, friend or foe, regardless of distance. But Frank's burnt-out, and he finds his relief in putting his phenomenal skill to use looking at women in uniform. When his voyeurism is discovered, he recruited to 'the agency', a mysterious intelligence organisation that works many levels above top secret, to monitor sexual subersives - wretched lovers in thrall to 'the Bond', driven to any extreme to find those of their kind. What Frank finds in their bizarre SM punishment rituals makes him understand that his gift is truely both a blessing and a curse.
