Since this book is put out by the NFHS Officals Education Program, the mechanis section of the book wasn't helpfull since we use the CFOA mechanins. I did find the cases used in part III - applying the rules very easy to read and comprehend. These cases were much better than what is found in the NFHS Case Book.
