A Bridge over the Stars

Rate this book
This is a celebration of romantic love, spiritual life, and everyday things that we find in our periphery. The poems find their way with luxuriant adjectives and crisp metaphors that suggest obvious emotions not easy to vocalize. There is a tenderness in the tone engendering hope in true love. The reader drawn to beautiful language will be swept into the allure of the pure perfume that these poems exude. There are weighty poems like “God Created Poetry,” taking the reader on a journey high upon a spiritual plane. The poems are individually a series of wonderful events. Nothing in life is quite so great as being in love. This book is a melodic song of how good and precious life is. The intimacy is grand and says things we all want to say to the one special love in our life. The book is ultimately about the reality of faith, hope, and charity, but most of all charity.
