Tripping Over Shadows

Rate this book
Tripping Over Shadows is a story about how easy it is to fall for the wrong guy, especially when you know he's not the one for you. After so many mismatched relationships, you'd think you would see the signs, especially in the early autumn of the mature stage in your life. You'd think men (and women) would be tired of playing games. It's easy for people to hide things that they know will be found out sooner or later. Terry was in her mid-fifties and at the prime of her life. She wanted to find her soul mate (not in a rush, mind you, but soon) and although she wasn't looking, she found a repeat of the past, in Mr. Selfish, Mr. Intimidated, and Mr. Afraid of Commitment. She also found that whoever did something to him before, was being relayed to her (as if she had anything to do with it). Neil was well liked and had a good heart, but he couldn't let go of the "street" and the past. He tried. He thought he could have some happiness when he met the lady and once again, the shadows got in the way.
