I really liked this book. The author takes a story from the Book of Mormon and adds the story within that I have always wanted to know more about. It starts with King Noah and his wicked priests leaving the Nephites as the they are attacked by the Lamanites. The Lamanites forbear killing them because the Nephite daughters kneel down before them and plead for mercy. This is the story of one of those daughters and the Lamanite warrior who shows her mercy. The story is paralleled with the Lamanite daughters begin abducted in the wilderness by the wicked priest of Noah, and thus ensues the romance between one of the daughters and her capture. A very fun read, and making the already beloved story more wonderful.

A cute, fictional version of the Book of Mormon story about the wicked priests of King Noah and their daughters. I can tell it was supposed to be a first book of a series, but no other books have come out at all and this book was published over 10 years ago. A little weird.
