Full disclosure, I didn’t buy this book. I got it free. I dislike writing reviews but in the spirit of giveaways I guess that I will. I will start by saying I was happy by not waiting forever for it to be delivered. Then I devoured it. Short, with pictures, it was over in 2 days(While also reading other books). I enjoyed it. You read through the life of the author, who is an easily liked guy for his smarts and zeal for life. A big time business man who is also an ethical family man? What’s not to admire?
He provides down to earth and practical advice for any determined person wanting to pursue their dreams. Follow this guys lead and you’ll do well. The book layout made it fun and pleasurable to read. The mantras at the end of every chapter are full of sage advice. I would definitely buy more books by this author.

So , I love how Mauricio gives credit to not just his wife and kids, but to everyone who has played a part in helping his business grow as well as helping him grow to be a better man in life. I love how he also speaks about the mistakes he’s made and how he has gotten past them so someone like me doesn’t have to make the same mistakes.
You know when God points you in the right direction of something and then you finally do it and it feels good, feels like a breath of fresh air? Yeah, this is that book, well audiobook lol! But, reading this, along with other audios and my bible, has reinvigorated my mindset to believe I really could build an $800 Billion dollar real estate company and I know it’s possible.
Mauricio thank you for sharing your story and I definitely would recommend this to anyone whom has dreams/desires of building something that will outlive them 😌🙌🏾.

Listened on audio and loved it! Big RHOBH + buying Beverly Hills fan, so I knew I had to read it. A must listen/read for any realtors :)
