The selected Bible stories felt a bit random and disconnected, but I didn't mind reading through it with my children (ages 7, 6 & almost 5) because they have a fairly good knowledge of Bible chronology and the deeper meaning behind the stories. However we did enjoy the added modern stories of kids around the world and actually learned quite a bit of geography and did further research on various cultural topics mentioned.

Not sure if we'll be re-reading this one.
