A short motivational book (that didn't motivate me) that you can read in an hour. Based on former baseball star Bob Turley, it told his story of how he believed in himself and knew he could succeed even when his life took unexpected downturns.
Although I agree it's good to believe in yourself, not everyone can make it to a professional sports team just by hard work and 'believing'. It does take an extraordinary amount of athleticism.
However, perhabs if I were younger and at the beginning of my work career instead of at the end, I'd find this book to have some good advice.
