One secret…
Anaya Levi loves her life. She's the innkeeper and co-owner of Emerald Valley Bed & Breakfast, she has a successful side job as a photographer, and best of all, she's married to her soul mate, sexy celebrity chef Devlin Levi. Then Naya's orderly world is turned upside down with the news that she's pregnant.

One night…
Though she wants a child desperately, having one this soon wasn't in her plans and it's making her panic. To make matters worse, she hasn't told her husband yet. Before she does, Naya needs to connect with her husband in a way their workaholic schedules just haven't allowed.

One decadent surprise.
Sex, chocolate, and a favorite pair of handcuffs ensure that this is a night neither Naya nor Devlin will ever forget. But how will Devlin react to the news that their lives are about to change forever?

I am a native Californian who has spent the years since graduating high school bouncing around the world at every opportunity. I am a graduate of Vassar College where—despite often being distracted by British Literature—I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I'm an avid reader who spends much of my time engrossed in romance novels...when I'm not being shanghaied by the loud, demanding, often-crazy characters that live in my head. Right now you can find me in Northern California, but who knows where I'll be next? So long as I have my laptop and most discerning critic with me, I'm ready to travel and write from wherever the wind may take me.

What a fabulous, dare I say decadent treat this story was. A sweet, meltingly hot look at one of my favorite couples as they take another step in their relationship.

Devlin and Naya are perfect together. Playful, absolutely in love, and neither willing to take the other for granted. I admit one of the things I loved most was the playful banter between them. It was nice to see them consider real world difficulties and how to make their relationship work - no matter what.

It was also really nice to see Lei again - the friendship between her and Naya is wonderful. There was a discussion between them that made me laugh out loud as I've had many similar conversations with some friends.

Finally - the sexy, new hunk of a pastry chef - Deveraux. Mmmmm. I want.

Though this is just a glimpse into Naya and Devlin's life, I'd highly recommend starting with Bed, Breakdast and Bondage. Even more sexy, romantic times await you there.

I promise they're well worth it!!

Go, go buy! ;)

Very excited!!!

This snippet of Naya and Devlin's married life is just like eating a chocolate minicake: sweet, rich, and just the right size to satisfy-- not that I'd object to more!

Once again, I found myself crushing on Devlin (not to mention the newly-introduced Devereaux, pâtissier extraordinaire) and wanting to take Naya out for drinks (non-alcoholic for her, of course). Shane's characters are always smart, interesting, and relatable, an absolute must to keep me a happy reader.

Be sure to check out how they got together in Bed, Breakfast & Bondage!
