If you can get past the infuriating propensity for repetition (only a perhaps a positive as it really drills the ideas into you), the evaluation of what "creativity", "creative industries", the "creative economy" and "culture" all mean today is an impressive and enlightening foray into contemporary culture and politics. It begins with "suits" and "creatives" separated by a symbolic corridor and by the end has drawn them conclusively together as mutually reliant in the "process" (and not isolated act) of creativity.
