Davenport Agency #2

Finally Found

Rate this book
Where one story ends, often another begins. For some reason, Adam Davenport can’t see past the ending. The hit and run has forced him to slow down and stop running from the pain of losing his parents. He has tried to hide behind meaningless, superficial relationships and even more shallow friendships, but the time has come to face his loneliness. Now he is finally ready to start being a family with his brother Sam. However, Sam and Haley, who was once Sam’s personal assistant, are too busy basking in their newfound love. Though breaking the rules for the first time ever has changed Sam’s life for the better, Adam has always broken the rules, strayed from responsibility, and done as little as he could get away with.

One of the main reasons that he refused to believe that Cammie was more than friend material was because she was impervious to his charms. She was so driven and determined to make her new catering company a success that she couldn’t see past her own dreams. Suddenly, Adam found himself behaving in ways he never imagined. He was working to impress a woman, but more than that, he was working to help make her dreams come true. He soon realizes that there are times in life when giving is more important than taking and when helping someone else is more important than what that person can do to reciprocate. He also learns there are times that the biggest risk is to stop hiding from emotions and to start allowing love to finally be found.

Finally Found..what an amazing book!~ I have read all of Nicole's books, and I am amazed at how much better she gets with each one! Playboy Adam is milking his way through an injury, feigning pain that is no longer there so that he can stay with his brother Sam and his girlfriend Haley for a while longer. However, with their young new romance, Sam and Haley are onto Adam. They are ready to have their house to themselves, so they can have privacy. Sooo, they have a birthday party for Adam at Adam's loft. While Adam is grateful for the party, he is suspicious of their true intentions. As the evening wears on, he soon finds out that Sam and Haley have moved him back into his own apartment, and hired a nurse, Kiki, to help him out. Adam is so not happy with this. At the end of the night, after realizing that when Sam left, he took Adam's keys, wallet and phone with him...Adam goes to the bar for a drink to drown his sorrows. The bartender Cammie, who knows Adam is a playboy, has had a crush on Adam since forever. Adam, in the midst of drowning his sorrows, looks up and sees Cammie, and comes up with a brilliant scheme. He convinces her to give him a lift to his family home in the Hampton's. He promises Cammie that he just needs to get away for it all, and that he's not looking for anything more. (Well, maybe he will try to get her into his bed, just once.) Cammie reluctantly agrees to go. When she gets up the next morning to try and leave, Adam convinces her to just stay with him for the week. He will do ANYTHING for her if she'll stay. She does stay, and Adam is very accomodating. In order to see what happens next, you'll have to read the book for yourself. =) This is a definite must read!

Finally Found

Finally Found was a fun read that I read in one sitting. It had everything I love in a book. Great banter, sexual tension and fun characters.
"Oh, I hate pork." He watched for a reaction,
"Really? You are the biggest pig I know, how can you hate pork?"

Adam is a cocky self professed ladies man. He never 'sleeps' with the same woman twice, and he doesn't sleepovers. Women know the score - even if they had trouble accepting it. He's the playboy, the black sheep, the one not to be taken seriously, but suddenly, more than anything, he wanted to be taken seriously.

He's just recovered from an accident that landed him in a coma and broke both his legs, and has been kicked out of his brothers place and realized he's lonely & basically friendless. He's feeling super sorry for himself. Get out the little violin. You are invited to Adam's pity 30th birthday party :) Enter Cammie aka doll - bar tender, ice queen & catering goddess. He needed her to deliver him from the hell that was his apartment and the nurse his brother hired. Oh.my.god. She's exactly what he needed and a total breath of fresh air. Enter the world of 'the other half'.
Cammie studied him across the table. He seemed really enthusiastic, highly motivated, and only mildly annoying. He was practically a credit to his kind. Then she remembered the last 117 parties they had both been at. That was all it took for those compliments in the tip of her tongue to slip away.

From the first, these 2 had me giggling. They were explosive. Arguing every second. It was like watching an old married couple. It was awesome. They both have issues to get past if they are going to leave their state of denial. Can they overcome their differences? You'll have to read it and find out.

This book is chocoblock full of banter, funny brother moments, a magical flying squirrel scene with the tree kiss (BRILLIANT!), food talk that had my tummy rumbling, and so many moments that had me sitting back and just enjoying the ride. I adored the way Adam would just never give up, even after he was shot down. Over & over again. Hahahaha
You strike me as the type of guy that is so full of himself, he even talks in his sleep.

Seriously, I LOVED Adam. He's sweet, tender, caring and although he puts across the vibe that he only does what he does so he gets something out of it, he really is just a giant soft teddy bear...made of clay waiting to be molded. And Cammie was just perfect. For Adam. She was a fabulous character. Well done Nicole. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

*Cough* Excuse me while I take a moment before I write this review…..(Pause) Are you ready? Holy Freakin’ Hotness! Someone call the damn fire department because this girl officially has a new book boyfriend! Adam is all kinds of YUMMINESS rolled into one! Lawd have mercy….Kudos to Nicole Andrews Moore who rocked this book out! Finally Found is the sequel to Hiding Out so if you haven’t read that yet go run and grab it! I have to say this is her best book yet! I may in fact have a new girl crush on Author Nicole Andrews Moore! I definitely have a crush on Adam :) Shh, don’t tell my hubby!

Okay so what’s Finally Found about? Think playboy womanizer who screws them and looses them. Yep, that’s Adam! He is a womanizer and NEVER sleeps with the same woman twice and does not do sleepovers. However, after Adam see’s his brother Samuel living the good life with a woman by his side; Adam soon realizes there is more to life than partying! He soon begins to think he wants someone like Haley (Samuel’s fiancé) to come home too and spend his life with. Hmm, but can the playboy be tamed?

Cammie I loved her! I seriously wanted to give her a HUGE hug! I mean this girl is bad ass. She doesn’t take any of Adam’s shit and puts out as good as he gives! They really are a pair! I was absolutely sucked into the story between Adam’s hotness and Cammie’s filter-less mouth. I absolutely loved it! The chemistry between these two is off the charts! Oh dear lord and the sex scenes were AH-MAZ-ING! Um, I wanted Adam in my bed. Hey don’t judge me. He was hot and oh so good in all the right places! Will Cammie prove too much for Adam? OR Will Cammie realize she needs Adam as much as he needs her? You will have to read Finally Found to find out! Happy Reading! xoxo

Finally Found Receives 5 BIG HUGE STARS!

This book is a continuation from Hiding Out. It starts off basically where Hiding Out left off. After Adam nearly dies he starts to realize that his life is pretty empty. He doesn't realize who he needs until it hits him the head.

Cammie is a driven woman with goals and ambitions but she is also bitter. Bitter against love and especially Adam but they both need something from one another so they make a deal to help each other out. This deal will either flourish or fail.

Together they bring out the worst in each other as well as the best. The both have different intentions on how they see their relationship. Cammie thinks it is just physical while Adam wants more. Whose idea of love will win in the end?

Fate and love are funny things. They have their own agenda no matter what we want. Well at least this is the case with Cammie and Adam.

This was a sweet story about two wrongs making a right, hope, second chances and love

I am so excited to be a Goodreads winner, and read this book. Thank you I really enjoyed Ms. Moore's writing style. It flowed easily and hooked me into the steamy romantic novel. I was rooting for Adam and Cammie right from the beginning and was not disappointed in the way the story unfolded. Had me laugh in a few places, and happy tears in others. Thank you for the great read. :)

After the cover reveal for this book, I was super excited to read it. Sadly, life got in the way and I wasn’t able to start this book as soon as I had hoped. In fact, I didn’t get to start it until yesterday. This luckily did not really turn out to be a problem. You see, this book grabbed my attention and I couldn’t put it down. What is happening right now is the result. I am sitting down at 3am to write up this review. Could I have waited until I got some sleep? Sure, but why would I when the book is just that good and I have the ability to share it with you?!?

Alright, so here is the deal. I didn’t like Cammie much throughout the entire book. I know that isn’t very nice but I found her to be, well, a bitch. She was hung up on the past; a past that wasn’t even her’s to be hung up on. Judging Adam from the very beginning, I felt that she gave him a hard time and, at times, played with his emotions. I know she did it out of loyalty and blah blah blah. I still found her to be mean and cold from the very beginning. I think it made me keep reading though. I wanted her to be a better woman. I wanted her to have a HEA so she could stop being so mean and cruel to poor, sweet Adam.

Don’t give me that look I am sure you are giving your computer right now. I know Adam isn’t perfect. We all know that men aren’t perfect. Puhleaze. I know! But, Adam really did try to be a good guy from the beginning. He may have been playing his brother and soon-to-be sister in law for attention. He may have thought about taking home a random woman and not thinking twice about it. But, he didn’t do that and he quickly realized all that was missing from his pathetic bachelor life. He made instant changes. But, the biggest change was that he cared about Cammie. He really liked her. What did she do? She was mean to him!!! She played with his emotions and feelings (the ones that men are so good at… those that require the use of their anatomy). She led him on and then pushed him away. The dude was seriously confused throughout most of this book… as was I who really just wanted him to find someone else. I mean really, he could do better. Rich, handsome, single. He could find someone. I get it. Okay, I do. He wanted Cammie.

When things started picking up between them I was hoping for an easy course. I knew it wouldn’t happen. Duh, this is a novel, nothing is ever easy. But, I was really irritated that the problems they had were those brought about by the thoughts and actions of other people. I got my HEA and I truly only came to like Cammie at the very end. She got her HEA only after learning to trust Adam. I am so happy that he got his HEA too. After all he had been through, I think he needed it more than anyone.

I give this book 4.5 glowing stars. I loved the novel and would definitely recommend it to others. Don’t be worried about the being a continuation of another book (series) because I had no idea until I started reading reviews that the story of Adam was visited once before.

So Adam is a professed playboy right? Yep he is a guy through and through. Love em and leave em and then there is no mess. Until Adam's accident in which he saved his brothers girlfriend from being run down by an psycho ex, he thought nothing was wrong with this lifestyle. Adam couldn't
be more happy being a bachelor living off his trust fund, and having a different woman every night to satisfy his needs... Faced with being alone Adam started to really think about his life and his current status. No real job, nobody to come home too. I think he started to get a little jealous of Sam and Haley and what they shared. Adam sure did meet his match in every way at his birthday party when faced with a beautiful woman that he should know but doesn't, but who knows everything about him... And she detests him... Adam is all about the challenge, never one to turn away and run when he sets his sights on Cammie he will do nothing short of proving that he isn't shallow and heartless as she believes...

Adam goes through a lot of turmoil in this book. God I wanted to hug him so often. He was really broken and beating himself up over things he'd done in his past and the things that he was trying to change. His plan to win Cammie over was simply brilliant, and though she didn't give into his charms he never stopped trying... Once she did start to give in, everything came crashing down... Things started to twist and turn and family got in the way of happiness... There were things revealed that should have been huge turning points but that all faded away when the unexpected happened and they were both forced to face real truths. Adam and Cammie needed to overcome hurdles, insecurities, pride, family and most of all fear.

Their back and forth banter will have you cracking up. Cammie is as hot as a firecracker on the 4th of July, she can light up a room just by walking into it, but she has the brains, whit and the stamina to stand up to the best of them... She's really the complete package when you think about it, and she was PERFECT for Adam! There was no doubt beginning to end the chemistry between them was undeniable. There were a few shocking, yeah I didn't see that coming at all moments in the book which is always refreshing... Nicole as always weaves a beautiful story and pulls no punches... I do have to say that this is the sexiest book she has written, it went into new territory that I hadn't seen from her in previous books and I assure you that the hotness factor is off the charts with Adam... The man knows what he's doing no doubt about that.

So I leave you with this parting thought... GO BUY THIS BOOK! You will not be disappointed. If you haven't already read Hiding Out get that one first and read it... You can see where my love for Adam started and read all about Sam and Haley, who's love story is equally as beautiful...

This book was part of a blog tour I received an uncorrected ARC and based my review on storyline alone.
3 1/2 stars

Adam has spent most of his life as a playboy, after being in a coma and then living with his brother Sam while recovering, he realizes that there is more to life than partying and sleeping around. When Sam and Haley hire a nurse for Adam and take him back to his place on his birthday, Adam decides to take off. He asks Cammie to drive him and the two of them go to his families Hampton home. He wants Cammie to stay so he offers to help her get her catering business off the ground and the two of them spend the time between fighting their attraction, moments between the sheets, denying their emotions and trying to get Cammies business started. Can a playboy really be reformed and can Cammie really trust that he has when she has personally been a witness to the women he has picked up and left? This was such a cute story, Cammie was a strong woman, I loved how she didn't shy away from anything, when she wanted something she went for it. Adam went from being a good time playboy to a man trying to prove himself, it was interesting and at times amusing to watch. The storyline itself was not very original, kinda Cinderella/pretty woman, but the author did such a great job of writing it that she owned it, she added little things here and there that made stand out. Finally Found is a good lazy day read to pick up and just relax with.

I could not wait to get this book in my hands. I had read Hiding Out and was excited to get to read Adam's story. If you haven't read Hiding Out yet what are you waiting for?! Go! Go now and read it! Finally Found picks up where Hiding Out left off only it is from Adam's perspective this time. Adam is spoiled trust fund baby who doesn't have to work for anything...until he meets Cammie. Cammie is not privileged enough to have a trust fund and works her tail off for everything she has. She has watched Adam from afar for many years and knows his games and wants nothing to do with it. This book shows people can grow and change and how a relationship that you never thought would happen finds a way to somehow work. It will leave you with a smile on your face and happiness in your heart. I LOVE Nicole's writing style, it flows so freely and is done so well. You find yourself getting sucked in from the beginning and before you know it you are finished with the book. I totally recommend this book!!

I am never disappointed in a book by Nicole Andrews Moore. This is the sequel to Hiding Out so make sure you pick up that book as well!
There is something so very sexy about a broken playboy that has finally come to the conclusion that he is lonely and bored with the life he is leading. When Adam decides that he needs a change in his life, he makes a decision to look for someone like Haley.
Cammie is wideopen and full of spice and I think she is the perfect companion to Adam. She isn't taking any of his bullsh*t and she doesn't care who he thinks he is! These characters were amazingly well written and the story is incredible! I like to see that Nicole is spicing up her love scenes and they are so very delicious! Keep it coming, Nick!

Nicole has done it again. I recently read Hiding Out so I would be ready for this one, and I really liked how the first one led up to this one. Adam is such a stubborn man, but yet sexy, with a lot of sarcasm. Cammie just matches him perfectly and the attitudes they both have with one another is hilarious, but yet touching. He turns from a womanizer to a one woman man. Adam is my new book boyfriend, and I think I could read many more books about him. I can't say enough how much I loved his attitude!! This is a great read!!!

While I suppose it would have made better sense to read Book 1 of this series first...I didn't. I jumped right into Book 2 of the Davenport Agency series and found it to be a great read!

Book 2 opens with Adam being coerced into attending a "surprise" 30th birthday party planned by Sam (Adam's older brother) and Haley (Sam's girlfriend). Adam is still recovering from the coma and injuries suffered in saving Haleyin awful hit and run accident.

While Adam has been "away", he's come to grips with irresponsible his actions have been. His reputation as an irresistible trust fund playboy and/or man-whore have not showcased his business acumen--because he's never been serious about business! When he tries to change the perception of others, no one believes that he's really changed.

This book is filled angst, tension, lies, deception but also humor. It's the journey of Adam and Cammie as they navigate the perils and pitfalls of love while living under the critical--and often hurtful--eyes of others.

Like the previous book, it's deep and emotional. It's not as dark as the first, but in some ways it hurts my heart more. I adore Adam. He's reached a point in his life where he's ready to make significant changes in his life about who he is and what he's doing. Only problem, no one's willing to believe he's serious. And the people he cares about most are pretty casual about causing him pain. Cammie's watched Adam's playboy lifestyle for a lot of years so she's used to the man he's been. She doesn't know how to handle the man he's trying to become and that causes a lot of confusion and misunderstandings for both of them. I enjoyed seeing more of Sam and Haley but I felt that in some ways, continuing their storyline in this book took something away from Adam's. I really liked the 5-year look ahead at the very end.

Awesome Book!

Adam Davenport thirty year old play boy. Recovered from the hit and run, struggles to find purpose for his life, living from party to party & living with his brother Sam and Haley faking his recovery.
Lucky or unlucky for him they decided it's time to fly back to his own nest.
He soon relisted that his totally alone, no real friends, and he's brother got Haley now, so whats next for him, well a feisty girl that would show him that money can't by love, loyalty and trust.

Perfect love story, Adam's life has never been so complicated and exciting at once, but he does know that he needs Cammie in his live, and will do anything and everything to keep her permanently.

This book needs more than 5*.. HEA at the end.

I can’t stop thinking about Adam and Cammie. Their story is one of growth, trust, and love found in unexpected places. Adam’s pain over losing his parents felt very real to me. Sometimes we bury ourselves in distractions so we don’t have to deal with loss, and that’s exactly what Adam had been doing. Meeting Cammie wasn’t some magical cure, but rather the start of him learning how to give instead of just taking. I admired Cammie’s independence and determination, she had dreams and wasn’t going to let anyone derail her. Watching them learn to support each other was the heart of the novel. Nicole Andrews Moore captured the messy, beautiful process of falling in love while healing from the past.

Well written, easy to follow, and engaging characters that you genuinely want to root for. Cammie is a woman with a plan and along comes playboy Adam to muck them up. I loved the back and forth between these two, and more than once I found myself laughing out loud at their snark. Getting to see the continuation of Sam and Haley's story was an added bonus.

Adam's drifting through life, just living off his trust fund. Cammie's about to graduate with her MBA, break ties with the family business and begin working on her dreams. He's a shiftless playboy. She's got a feisty, no-nonsense attitude that slaps him down at every turn. How could they not be attracted to each other?

After being injured saving his future sister-in-law, Adam Davenport re-evaluates his life. He finds that he really has nothing in common with his friends and nobody really cares, except his brother and Haley. Then he meets Cammie bartending at his surprise birthday party.

Adam talks Cammie into working for him by promising to help her start a catering business. When Adam decides he wants something more with Cammie, he will have to convince her he has changed. But with his past, which Cammie knows about, does he stand a chance? Not everything is as it seems. Can Adam convince Cammie to give him a chance or will she be blinded by his past? Open the cover and start reading to find out.

This is the second book in the Davenport Agency series by Emma Nichols. In the first book, we met Sam, Haley, and Sam's brother Adam. Adam was injured in the first book, and during the second book, he's still milking his injury because he's lonely and doesn't want to go back to his own apartment. For Adam's 30th birthday, Sam and Haley hire their usual events company to throw Adam a birthday party, where he runs in Cammie, who is the daughter of the people who own the events company. After everyone has left, Adam is stuck at his apartment and gets Cammie to agree to take him to their house in the Hamptons and then stay with him for the week in exchange for helping her get her own catering company off the ground.

Adam is a recovering playboy, and Cammie is guarding her heart. They are very real people who are quickly stole my heart. I felt like they could be friends of mine, and I was happy to go on their relationship journey with them.

I must have liked the book, because I read it in an afternoon without stopping. There were a few twists and turns, and I liked how forthright Cammie was. Adam had a good relationship with his brother and Haley, and you could see that he wanted to change. Cammie wasn't really willing to give him the chance to change.

This book can be a standalone, and there is no cliffhanger. I think this is a 2-book duet. The first book, Hiding Out, is great, as well.

Writing Style (POV): dual POV
Sexual Content: There's mention in the back of the book that Emma Nichols is an author of erotica. This didn't strike me as erotica. There's actually more time spent cuddling and holding than sex, but there is a lot of sexual tension and there are detailed scenes. Cammie knows what she wants!
Level of Violence: None

WILL I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK? Yes, and I'm looking forward to more by the author.

4 -- Food -- stars

Adam, Sam’s younger brother, is celebrating his 30th birthday. He realizes that he is lonely and wants to find love. As a child, he saw the love between his parents and thought that he would never find that kind of love, so he slept with a lot of women and never connected with someone. At his party, he talks to the bartender, Cammie.

Cammie’s parents own a party company, but she wants her own caterer company. She is a very talented cook and food is her passion. Cammie has seen Adam at almost every party and knows his reputation, but she still has a crush on him. Later that evening, Adam needs help. He makes a deal with Cammie and since then they spend a lot of time together.

Adam is a man who knows what he wants and will get that, and he wants Cammie. Adam does everything he can to prove to Cammie that he is changed and that he is worth a chance. Cammie wants Adam, but Cammie is determined to keep him at a distant. She has a good reason to avoid him. She is also afraid to get hurt and to be another woman he will love and leave. There is a lot of push and pull, because Cammie can be stubborn and determined. Cammie and Adam are both passionate about their work. Cammie is exactly what Adam needs, because she challenges him. They are good for each other. They help each other. They definitely belong together.

Sam and Haley (Hiding Out, #1) appear sometimes in this book. Haley and Cammie bond immediately and that is good for Haley. Haley is such a strong woman now and deserves everything she gets in this book. Sam and Adam bicker a lot, but Sam only wants the best for his little brother, even at the age of 30.

I liked this book much more than Hiding Out (#1). There are again a few twists and turns that kept me reading. Near the end, everything felt rushed. I did love the epilogue, but that could have been longer.

Finally found is A story that makes you laugh and cry
Genre: Contemporary romance, drama
Audience: adults

Synopsis:
Adam Davenport is tired of his life. After spending a month in a coma and even longer rehabilitating his body, Adam realizes how empty his life has been. Non of his so called friends visited him at the hospital. It seems that all they were really after was his money. On his 30th. Birthday his brother Sam decides that it is time for Adam to start living again. He hired a woman who can only barely be called a health assistant to take care of him. Adam soon realizes that it's the last thing he want. He convinces the caterer from his party to give him a lift to the family summer house.
Adam also soon realizes that he really like the prickly caterer and convinces her to stay and help him out.
Cammie has always worked on her families party company, but has a dream of opening her own. Adam is everything she don't want or trust on a man, but when he offered to help her realize her dream in exchange for her help, she accepts the offer.

Conclusion:
This is truly a very sweet story, about two very different people falling in love. It's also a story about healing old hurts and learning to forgive and trust. Last it's a story about learning to stand up for yourself and be strong. The story is very well written, with a well developed storyline and characters you can relate to. It was a story that both made me laugh and cry. I warmly recommend it for summer evenings about a fire on the beach, or as a winter read with a nice glass of wine.

In the first book you read about Adam’s injury. This causes him to stay with his older brother. He meets Cammie at his 30th birthday party that is thrown by his brother and his brother’s girlfriend. He uses her to escape the live in nurse that his brother hired and go to the Hamptons.
I loved Adam. He was the playboy that got around often. He wasn’t really the bad boy but the spoiled rich boy. However, he has a change of heart and decides it is time to grow up and be a real adult. With all of his faults I loved his personality. He was funny, he cared, and he was loyal to those he loved. What he did for Cammie to get her to fall for him was sweet, in a weird way, but still sweet.
Cammie was the hard part for me. With her history of knowing Adam’s conquest and seeing him while working parties growing up has had her put off with him. Also, the history with her and her sister makes her pull away from him. I loved the scenes that she was opening up to him and being nice. It was the scenes that she was pulling away that I couldn’t get over. When she was mean, she was really mean. I understand the strong female in these books but she was more mean while trying to be independent.
I also loved the fact that you got to read the continuation of Sam and Haley’s relationship. It was still a big part of the book but did not take away from Adam and Cammie. Even with how I feel about Cammie I would still recommend this book to anyone who wants a fun read. The writing was amazing and it flowed really well. You got to understand the characters and what drove them.

Finally Found is the 2nd book in the Davenport Agency series by Nicole Andrews Moore. This story is about Sam’s brother Adam, the playboy. As Sam was the one who took over the family business, Adam just ran around with women and partied. Just wanted to have fun type of lifestyle, he didn’t worry about bills or a job, that was all taken care of. The end of the first book Adam had gotten hurt and was recovering. He was staying with his brother and Haley, he wanted to move back to his own apartment and live his life. Sam wasn’t happy, but he did agree as long as there was a 24-hour nurse. Adam didn’t like that at all.
Sam and Haley, (Sam’s fiancé) decided to have a birthday party for Adam at his apartment. They invited all the high social lite type people that ran in their crowd.
Cammie has been working hard, saving money, and doing catering jobs for her parents. She has her own dreams. Well she was the bartender at Adam’s birthday party. Cammie was not Adam’s type at all, except that Cammie was cute. Cammie has had a crush on Adam for years but he never noticed her.
You will have to read about them in this story. But I love how the author wrote the characters. I love that Cammie is very strong woman. But Adam is smart as well. I love the twist and the Attitude that was in this story. I really found I loved reading both stories and love the style the book was written in.

Finally Found is a follow on from Hiding Out and picks up where Adam is recovering from the hit-and-run when he saved Haley's life. Having been in a coma and going through a long convalescence, has given Adam a new perspective on life and the direction he is taking. Unfortunately, it is only Adam who is aware of the changes that have taken place, as everyone else still sees him as the trust fund playboy. When Adam coerces Cammy into assisting him in his great escape, she treats him with the disdain he earned from her previous experience of him, not realising that her premise is based on a lie.

Despite Adam's bad reputation, he is actually a thoughtful and caring person as is brought out in his relationship with his future sister-in-law Haley. One cannot help but feel for him as he tries to reach out to Cammy, and is met with one rebuff after another. Despite the unfairness of Cammy's rejection, Adam still maintains his humour and continues trying to break through her defences, whilst at the same time working together with her in putting together her business plan. The attraction between Adam and Cammy was strong but tense, and I felt all of the angst and tension between them. I felt the unfairness of the lies told about Adam and would have liked to shake Cammy into seeing what was in front of her eyes. An enjoyable read.

*ARC provided in exchange for an honest review*

Adam Davenport is feeling a little sorry for himself. After an accident that broke his legs & left him in a coma, Adam is struggling with who he is. For so long, Adam has been the perpetual bachelor, the love of and leave em type. His accident forces him to realize how lonely his existence really is.

When Adam meets Cammie at his 30th birthday party the sparks fly. Cammie knows all about Adam and his game and wants absolutely NOTHING to do with him. For hardworking Cammie, she sees Adam as a spoiled little rich boy, and she has no problem voicing her opinions.

Of the course of Finally Found, Cammie and Adam are constantly challenging one another. If it's not Cammie with her sharp tongue, it's Adam with his sex appeal. Their banter leads to some SERIOUS sexual tension.

But despite Adam's seduction skills and real feelings for Cammie, their future isn't all cut out for them when some issues from the past continue to linger.

Finally Found was funny, sexy, and an entertaining book. I laughed, swooned and finished with a huge smile on my face. If your looking for a sexy beach read this is the book for you.

I read this book because I liked Sam and Hailey so much in the first book of the series, Hiding Out. While I have to say I liked Adam because he seemed more like a real male instead of a perfect dream, I also liked but was very confused by the main female character Cammie.

Cammie has a lot of self respect and lots of goals and is driven to be in control of her life, and yet she seemed more than willing to drive a man several miles, even though she didn't like him, and to randomly have sex with him, all the while professing not to like him and not to wanting to get involved. Her behavior just seemed out of character. And it also seemed like a gratuitous way for irresponsible Adam to finally find a mate, simply because she ends up pregnant since neither one of them bothered to use a condom. Hmmm...the plot was, unfortunately, weak and a bit forced. The best thing about "Finally Found" was the update on Sam and Hailey from "Hiding Out",and learning that Hailey's rapist ultimately did not get away.

This is a story about choosing your path in life.
Adam is turning 30. He has always had "the good life". He never wanted for anything and he always had the girl. With his trust fund he didn't need to work so he allowed his brother to handle the family business. But after his accident and living with his brother and soon to be sister-in-law, he realized he was alone. He had no friends, just his brother and really no direction. He needed to find himself.

Cammie came from family that expected her to take over the family business with her sister, but Cammie realizes that is not what she wants to do. Her family is not happy but Cammie need to do what makes her happy. She has struggled and saved to push her dream to come true.

When Adam and Cammie come together they realize there is chemistry but Cammie have to give up her dream and can Adam find "himself".

I enjoyed this book. I thought the characters were well developed with you understanding why Adam was looking at his life and why Cammie felt she needed to define herself.
