مشاعر الحزن و الوحدة من اكبر المشاكل التي تواجه الناس اليوم وعادة ما يرتبط الاثنان معا لان الكثيرين يحزنون بسبب شعورهم بالوحدة .

أعتقد أن احد الاسباب التي تجعل الناس وبالاخص المؤمنين اسري الشعور بالحزن و الوحدة نتيجة حدوث فاجعة في حياتهم هو أنهم لا يفهمون " عملية الحزن "
احيانا يشفي الرب شخصا و تكون النتيجة فورية و لكن معظم الاحيان وخاصة في حال التعافي من فقدان شخص عزيز يحدث الشفاء على مراحل يسير الله خلالها مع أولاده خطوة بخطوة .
ومن الواضح ان الناس يختلفون في رد فعلهم تجاه فقدان شخص عزيز و لكن لكل منا مشاعر تٌجرح و تتألم ولا بد من شفائها
جاء يسوع الى العالم لينقض أعمال ابليس (1 يوحنا 3:8) فان تعلمنا كيف نقبل ما يقدمه لنا الرب سنختبر الحياة الافضل التي تخلو من الحزن و الوحدة .
