Ledus pieskāriens
This is a fantasy novel about four elements - the Water, the Fire, the Earth and the Air. There are two main characters in this book - Leonora and Ridgal. They are different from others - she is cold, calm and she loves water but he is restless, active and fond of fire. When they meet each other, they understand that they have special powers and discover a new, wonderful world. Together they try to find answers about themselves and their past to understand - who they are.
"Ledus pieskāriens" ir fantāzijas romāns par četriem elementiem - Ūdeni, Uguni, Zemi, Gaisu - un par diviem jauniešiem, kuri cenšas iederēties starp pārējiem un sadzīvot ar savām neparastajām īpašībām un spējām. Galvenie varoņi ir Leonora un Raidžels - viņi ir pilnīgi atšķirīgi, tomēr kaut kas viņus tomēr vieno. Viņa ir bāla, klusa, mierīga, dievina aukstumu un ūdeni, bet viņš ir karstasinīgs, enerģisks, apbrīno uguni un labi jūtas karstumā. Kad viņi satiekas, abi mēģina atrast atbildes uz jautājumiem par sevi un savu pagātni un atklāj pavisam jaunu pasauli...

8 books6 followersIlze is a Latvian writer of fantasy, science fiction and advanture books for young adults but her books are read by people of all ages. At the age of 20 she has published 8 books and is still writing new fantasy novels.
She wrote her first book "Little Angel" (Mazais eņģelītis) when she was only 9. When she was 14, she wrote a story about a girl who is trying to find happiness in her life again - "Elisy and the Butterfly" (Elīsija un Taurenis). Her second book, a fantasy novel about people who turn into animals, "Cat girl" (Kaķu meitene) was written when she was 13. Ilze has written three books in this franchise - after "Cat girl" there are the 2nd part "Between two worlds" (Starp divām pasaulēm) and the 3rd part "Without boundaries" (Bez robežām). Ilze's 6th book is called "The touch of Ice" (Ledus pieskāriens) and it is a fantasy novel about people who have special powers to control one of four elements (water, fire, earth, air). Her 7th book "Flames of Saphire" is a historical fantasy novel.
In 2015 Ilze published her first book in English, "The Fall of the Dragons", the first part in the fantasy-detective-historical franchise "The Legend of Ferladen".
Ilze has many hobbies. What she likes the most is movies and cinema; music, dancing and singing; and books, of course.

paņēmu grāmatu bibliotēkā, jo garāmejot mani uzrunāja skaistās meitenes attēls. Vārdu krājums likās trūcīgs un dialogi vairākkārt atkārtojās:
- Es neesmu normāla.
- Nē tu esi normāla.
- Bet es gan neesmu normāls.
- Nē tu esi normāls.
Man ir sudrabkrāsas acis. Manas acis nav normālas. Visi brīnās par manām acīm!
