USA Today™ best-selling author Elizabeth Lennox writes contemporary romance novels featuring sheiks, business tycoons, royalty, and other sexy rich men. Along the way, she received a BS in History and held different jobs in the real estate, government consulting, and financial industries. All during that time, though, she was always writing, using her personal experiences, dreams, and travels throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean as backdrops for her stories. To date, she has written over eighty books and sold over 5.1 million copies. Her free novellas have been downloaded over 8 million times since 2013.

Elizabeth lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. Their home is just outside of Washington, D.C., and many of her novels are set in this area.

Basically a dull, less well-crafted harlequin. Didn’t hate it. Didn’t love it. Needed more showing and less telling.

I’ll probably try again.

The misunderstanding between them wasn't big enough to warrant all that happens, imo. Just a little bit of communication would have solved it all, but guess then there would be no book, hehe.

It is very "Harlequin", a guilty pleasure of mine. So judging it within that category, I can say I liked it well enough. It is a quick read with no complications and a couple of steamy moments. None of the characters annoyed me, just a few situations taken out of proportion, but that's it.

A decent book

This was an okay book. The h and H had met 4 years ago and fell in love, but due to some misunderstandings and her father they broke up. He comes back into her life for revenge, he blackmails her into being his mistress. The h was so weak and pathetic, she was bullied by her father and husband, she didn’t stand up for herself. At times I wanted to shake her. The plot was okay. No epilogue.

I loved this story well I always love Elizabeth's work it is sexy, funny, and heartfelt. I hate that Tabitha had to go through what she went through. Her father was a disgusting piece of crap and. It sucks to know that everywhere around this world there are fathers who do the thing that Tabitha's father did. She is sweet innocent and loved Nik from the beginning. He was such a badass on his motorcycle and she can't believe that a man that handsome would want to do anything to do with her. So when he finds her sitting in the train station after their first encounter an hour before at the train station he asks her to go to coffee and from there it's history they fell hard real fast. But when her disgusting father tells both of them lies so his daughter can marry another man to save his company she does it because Nik left she just went a long with what her father told her what to do. Nik on the other hand when he sees her at the train station he is memorized by her he doesn't know why but he is so when she tells him she's waiting for a ride and he has a meeting to go to he leaves but an hour later she still there he can't help it. But after the lies four years later and they both can't keep each other out of their heads even though they are both heartbroken. So when Nik builds a plan to get her to do what he wants because of something I won't tell you lol. The rest you have to read to find out and you have to find out because it is SO GOOD. Elizabeth out did herself.

When I read excerpt, I feel excite to read. This book is about revenge, sweet revenge.
And it turned out to be more sweet than I expected. I hardly found drama or angst in this book.
Not that I didn't love it, This book is good quick romantic book to read.
The character is lovable. and the storyline is quite good

If you want to read something very sweet.this book is definitely sweet

Elizabeth you have left me speechless again with another wondorous story that drives me wild (in a good way). As I read this book my mind blanked and no words would come all that there was was the story. Although some words came to mind when I read what her JERK of a dad did

I really liked this book which is odd since I don't normally like blackmail stories. This one was well done though. The plot progression worked and the characters grew to love each other despite their distrust. It was sweet and engaging and made me want to read more.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Tabitha MacComber met Nikolai Andretti while she was waiting for her father to pick her up from the train station. After that day they spent every day of that week together that on the last day Nik asked her to marry him, but when they went to her fathers house because Nik wanted his permission things didn't go like they wanted. Tabitha's father Edward told Nik a lie about Tabitha which Nik believed so he left her without a good bye and when Tabitha came to see her father he told her a different lie about Nik that she believed that left her heart broken. A few weeks later Tabitha married Jerry a business man of her father, but with her heart still broken Tabitha didn't care about her life anymore. Four years later Nik has an opportunity for revenge against Tabitha by taking over her fathers company, but he makes a deal with her be his mistress or he will sell the company piece by piece.
