Discusses the virtues of:
Faith, Hope, and Love;
Prudence, Temprance, Fortitude, and Justice.
For each virtue there are 4 parts: Real world application, Lives of the saints, Historical Notes, and Scripture references. Each part is clearly marked. I like this feature because you can pick the presentation that speaks best to you and still take something away from the book. I especially enjoyed the real world applications and lives of the saints and would read those thoroughly; the other 2 parts i would skim.
