Labossieren argumentointivirheitä käsittelevä kirja tekee perusmäärittelyt tavallisimmista virhepäätelmistä.

Monen muun vastaavan kirjan tapaan tässäkin on virheestä ensin lyhyt määrittely ja sen jälkeen looginen kaava, miten päätelmä on muodostettu.

Sitten seuraa esimerkki tai esimerkkejä. Monissa tapauksissa sama virhepäätelmä voi kohdistua hyvinkin erityyppisiin aiheisiin ja niistä annetaan tarpeen mukaan esimerkkejä.

Paikoin on turhaa jaarittelua ja joissakin logiikka ja määrittely vähän ontuvat. Yksinkertaistamisen varaa olisi ollut. Osa esimerkeistä on muunnoksia moneen kertaan eri lähteissä esitetyistä.

Toisinaan määrittelyt ovat liiankin epätäsmällisiä, esim. vaikenemiseen vetoaminen. Todetaan vain, että joku voi jättää vastaamatta ja sen jälkeen tulee kaava. Sekin jää sanomatta, että vaikeneminen ei ole koskaan väite, perutelusta puhumattakaan...

I liked the content, but the writting was not so great. It was more like reading a list...a list with 76 entries
