Very helpful guidelines for wayfinding throughout the book. I found the project planning section at the end especially helpful. The section on semiotic is worth reading twice, it summarizes a lot of concepts I was already familiar with thanks to a course I took, but are confusing to learn the first time around. The section on digital signs shows it's age but much of its advice still applies. Overall, it's a great resource to introduce wayfinding design. I wish I could keep it on hand to reference.
