This was the first read I need for 2021. Trying to start the year out with my key goals in mind. This book provides clear and useful information and a lot of encouragement.

I read a lot of how to quit smoking books.

I learned some things, like filters have slivers of glass in them. I took apart a filter, and could not find them with magnifying glass. I do not know which of those books talked about "mini quits." Stop for day, or two, to get used to not smoking.

I did not stop smoking until 2020, after being forced to do so, due to Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Hospital gave me a patch. Those did not work, I kept having cravings. So used tips in these self-help books.

I did return to smoking, stopped, returned a few times. Not sure when I quit for good.
