Jason Johnson and Julia Moore are world renown geologists called in to investigate several devastating earthquakes. They soon discover that they are not natural disasters but are actually caused, in part, by the empty spaces left underground when millions of gallons of crude oil are extracted. Jason and Julia kindle a romantic relationship while they fight the politicians and the rich oil company executives to prove the dangers that lurk beneath the soil, the danger to our very existence caused by . . .voids.

This book was an okay read for me. There were a few things that would be a simple fix that became major issues for me. Those things were grammatical errors, lots of them, and things like ending several sentences with an !, sometimes multiple !! which drove me crazy as it's entirely unnecessary.
Overall, despite the errors I found it to be a quick and pretty enjoyable read.
