All around great textbook. For the most part, it was well-written and presented lots of useful labor relations information.

On the downside (and why I only gave it 3 out of 5 stars), is for the near constant grammatical errors all throughout the book. For instance, "powel" instead of power; "scuch" instead of such (p. 709). You can tell this textbook wasn't edited or proofread very well. It was frustrating for me because this book is very expensive (anywhere from $60 to over $100 depending where you buy from). It is also for a Master's degree class, so I feel at this level, a textbook, like this, should be free from these sort of errors, especially considering the abundance of them in this textbook.

Even so, it contained an adequate amount of knowledge useful for my degree program. It could have been much worse, but it also could have been better.

As a textbook, I wouldn't say this is an entertaining read, but it did provide a lot of interesting information.
