This is one of the best botanical painting books I've come across so far. The chapters are kept short and the author avoids long monotonous descriptions that were frankly a turn off in a couple of other watercolor books I read. The exercises are simple and easy to complete. Although I didn't have all the colors, I was able to mix them without much struggle.
Not sure if I need this, I find drawing flowers pretty easy. Well actually drawing flowers from photographs is easy, it might be harder to do a real bouquet or garden.
