This is a do-it-yourself physcial therapy book that focuses on running injuries. Wilks provides a four phase approach to assessing your injuries and then rpovides a roadmap of flexibility and strengthening exercises to get your legs strong again.

I love this book! It has been the most helpful resource for runnig injuries out of all the books, magazines, and articles I have read.

one of the best books on managing your injury. it is a task getting through it but the information is so valuable. very scientific but now i feel i am better equipped to deal with an injury. knowledge is power!
