My friend gifted this book to me as a yogic guide through the pregnancy. The book covers pregnancy on a monthly basis, explaining what is happening with your body and baby in a holistic manner (rather than purely from a physical perspective). It also contains yoga asanas, meditations and journaling practices recommendations for each month.
If you are not familiar with yoga and Ayurveda, this book is probably not for you though.

A must for any pregnant woman

This book was a reading assignment for my Ayurveda training. It is just full of great information for the expectant woman. It was a great read even though I had my children long ago!
