Wonderful book. I read/listened to the audible version and really appreciated the drumming which assisted in journeying to meet my totem animal, helper guides, etc. I learned a few new things which I was never taught by previous teachers. I received an answer to a question I have been pondering since last year regarding a vision I received at that time. Especially relevant is that other teachers were unable to assist me with this puzzle. Thank you Sandra Ingerman for your valuable teaching tools in this audible book.

Many years ago I participated in an indigenous ceremony to celebrate the "grandfather fire." I would not like to dance, but I remember that we danced surrounding the fire and managed to feel a altered state of consciousness ... It was an amazing experience (and of course no drugs) ....

All this because always the pursuit of the spiritual path has caught my attention.

If you want to learn to ride a bike, how many books you should read? My answer would be no, just hop on it and learn; or looking for a teacher to teach you.

The book "Shamanic Visioning: Connecting with Your Inner Spirit to Transform and Outer Worlds" Sandra Ingerman is a book that teaches you ...

The book has theory but many practice exercises. I have read little about shamanism but this book makes me great.

And I'm thinking: why spiritual traditions around the world are almost the same?

If we look in depth all traditions find God ...

Amazing Audiobook version with plenty of different journeying options and indepth advice from author about connecting with spirit and shining your light.

Audio book. It seems like this was an online class. Some teaching tacks and the. Some drumming tracks. Useful with some know,edge of shamanic practice. Stand alone—I don’t know if it holds. But I have had prior training.

Worth it for track 4 alone... Agreed I wish it were longer but that's nothing that a little Audacity (free audio editor) won't fix :)
