I found this book pretty useless. Most depressed people are isolated- some may have absolutely no one on their “team”. The book sadly doesn’t address this at all, implying one must evaluate one’s current social circle for support with a serious medical issue, even if that circle is almost nonexistent. I just don’t see how this is helpful.
