This wasn't a bad read. It had some helpful advice for the deep cleaning projects but most of the information that can be learned can be found on Clean Mama's blog, facebook, twitter, and pinterest. That being said there are plenty of checklists included in this ebook that are extremely helpful, things that I totally would forget in my deep cleaning frenzy.

Overall I think it is worth the money to buy the ebook, it is pretty cheap and I would have spent the money on the .pdfs of lists most likely.
