Incidents included the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Vietnam War, and the construction of the Berlin Wall.

A decent book that give a really quick overview of the cold war. I read the book in one sitting so obviously there is hardly any detail, but that is not the point of this book. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to know a bit about the war to determine if they want to invest time in a longer book.
This will make a great introduction to students studying the Cold War era. It manages to explain the events and the people involved during that time in world history.
