Read with my Turkish host family's children. The children go to that oh-so-British institution of a pantomime and are captivated by the story of Robin Hood. They meet the man himself, are captured by the Sheriff and his knights, but Kipper's quick thinking saves the day. Made me want to watch Robin Hood: Men in Tights again!

In this story, Biff and Wilma went to the pantomime. they went to Wilma's Mum. They had a friend called Aneena. Robin hood was a good man. He lived with his men. there was a bad man called the sheriff. He wanted to catch Robin hood and lock him up. They went to the house, the magic key began to glow. The magic took the children to a wood. Robin hood not seen the children. the children sat by the fire.

Dear Sarah, we are so proud of you for reading Robin Hood. You learned that brave people help others and share what they have. A lovely new idea is standing up for what is fair, even when it is hard. You can use this by being kind, sharing with friends, and helping someone left out at school. Well done, our smart, hardworking reader, every single day. Love, Mama and Baba
