Piper was hurt when her boyfriend Sasha left her at her weakest. Sasha had other reasons why he did it. No matter what the reason was, Piper never wanted anything to do with him. Until they met each other again in the Ferris Wheel. It looked like the wheels of love was running its course that day. And boy what this day surely brought the exes.

When Sasha sashayed his way back to Piper's heart, he no longer had any reason to hide. He bared his all to him, his secret, his heart, his soul. But will Piper ever open up and forgive him after what he'd done to her?

Sometimes the one who broke your heart needs the most saving... or do they?

Breakups are always messy and heart wrenching. We tell the guy, it's okay, I'm fine, go on with your life, you're no longer mine anyway. Ugh.. I remember the heartaches I had to endure before. Relationships weren't easy, breakups - are worse. But one thing for sure though, breakup didn't discourage me from finding my true love.

Piper and Sasha's story reflects the reality of life and love that teenagers and young adults experience. I liked how Alexia Purdy made these exes come alive and become realistic. I felt empathy for Piper and compassion for Sasha. I thought these two are a great match. Sasha is the yin to Piper's Yang. He is the normal to her crazy, the ping to her pong.. yeah, you know the gist.

Breathe Me is a bittersweet, coming of age love story that gives new meaning to taking second chances. I may be one of those who don't really give second chances to love, but I learned that it doesn't hurt to believe and dream again.

This book swept me off my feet it's breathtaking, heartbreaking, tearjerker, romantic! You would never know by reading this book that the author hasn't written this type of genre before the writing is amazing! Every detail described so beautifully that it has you wanting to drop everything and climb right into the book just to see the beautiful places that the characters have visted, the emotions you feel for the characters are so strong they just overtake you and you cant help but laugh or cry along with them! The ending was perfect and set up in such a way that we could see a second book and I really hope we do because it would be amazing to see Sasha & Piper's story continue!!!

In "Breathe Me" we learn of Sasha and Piper who were once madly in love until Sasha makes a fatal mistake and it all comes to an end when he realizes his mistake he fights with everything he has to get Piper back with help from her friend Joss!

*An Updated Version Will Come Later. I received an ARC of this book in exchange of an honest review*

So I stumbled upon Alexia Purdy when I was looking through the Facebook page for UTopYA Con and noticed she lived here in Las Vegas. Then when I realized she was an author, I went out and picked up all her books. Being backlogged with reviews, beta reads, and trying to write as well as play with my 3 kiddos, I haven’t been able to read any of the books…yet! This Memorial Day weekend had me in a reading mood so I started picking books out of my kindle to read and then remembered I had an ARC to read of Breathe Me. Needless to say I was so damn excited that I dropped everything I was doing, literally, and locked myself in the room for about 3 hours until I read the entire book. LOVED it! Seriously LOVED it. It has me wondering if it’s going to be a series though. I hope so because I could definitely go for some more Sasha and Piper.

So about the story, I mean that’s what a review is all about right? Haha Ok so Piper and Sasha dated when they were in college and after a horrible break up, they went their separate ways. Piper is now in a career, seeming to be content with her life. Well that is until she’s at the fair with her cousin Joss and Joss’s little girl Leah. It has to be the Ferris wheel. I mean it couldn’t be the roller coasters right? I’m with Piper on this one. I freak out about the Ferris wheel, not only because our shared fear of heights, but when you get stuck at the top and you never feel like you’re going to come down. Yeah, I pass. But this is where Sasha re-enters her life. Oozing the same charm he had in college has Piper on edge… and then he goes and says something that has Piper speechless.

Like everything, there’s two sides to each story. Alexia does a wonderful job in keeping true to the characters and piecing everything together. She gives the information just when you’re confused and has you going ‘OH!’ that’s what happened. I have to admit I love Sasha. I mean how could you not? He’s not the same way he was in college and the view Piper has of him isn’t completely accurate, I mean it has been 6 years, people do change. And boy has Sasha changed. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to gain Piper’s trust, to gain her love back… but can he?

Some unknown factors come into play, but I think they ended up helping the situation and adding to the depth of the characters, rather than take away from it. Feels of betrayal come into play, urgency to prevent being taken away from Piper, and an accident that changes everyone’s life. Can Sasha convince Piper to give him a second chance? Is Piper willing to let go of the past to have the future she always dreamt about? Will love be enough even if your countries apart? Breathe Me is a beautiful read that will have your emotions all over the place. Alexia Purdy is a new favorite author of mine.

As always I fell in love with Sasha, just like all the other men Alexia writes about (she just makes them so dreamy,) "the hell you are. You're shivering, like a wet terrier. If heights aren't your thing why in the world did you hop on the Ferris wheel? You never did like it." We know that Sasha and Piper have a past (which makes things totally more interesting) but what we didn't know was how badly it hurt Piper, "you said you're sorry. Okay. Fine. I can respect that;. Once we get off this ride, we go on with our lives and your torment ends. I'm so happy for you." What really made me love Sasha was the fact that he wasn't gonna give up on this girl, "Piper, I want another chance. I'll make it right, I swear. You'll never be sorry if you give me another chance to love you the way you deserve. I won't be the fool this time. I'll be there, no matter what the cost. I swear it." What is a story without a cray-cray sister who you can't help but love, "what were you thinking? You slept with him and then you ran away like a frightened kitty when he makes you breakfast and treats you like a queen? What the hell is the matter with you?" Another great story from Alexia I really loved it.

"The past doesn't define you. It's just a place I've been."

This was my first book by Alexia Purdy, but I had known her for months before I read it! I can't believe that Breathe Me was only my first book by her! I gave it four stars as I personally felt that there was something missing! I'm not sure what it was, but sometimes it felt like I wasn't connected to the characters as much as I could have been! The character were still amazing though! The plot of Breathe Me was sort of about revenge! It started off like that and then it gradually started turning into a real love relationship! The plot was quite sweet although it was about revenge for the main part! I enjoyed it! There were also twists and turns in it to keep me interested and to keep me wanting to read on! There were some twists in the story that I wasn't expecting so I enjoyed that as I enjoy a plot that keeps me guessing! As I said the characters were still amazing even though I had a bit of a hard time connecting with them! Piper and Sasha were both the main characters and I really liked the both of them! Piper was a sort of lonely character, but she knew what she wanted! If I was Piper I don't think that I would have forgiven Sasha quite as easily as Piper did, but I could genuinely see how sorry he was! Piper was a character that I enjoyed reading about! I enjoyed that she wasn't willing to let her feelings overrule her brain at the beginning and that she kept her wits about her as the story progressed! I liked Sasha! I understood why he left Piper so suddenly and I started to feel sorry for him as I found out his story! He wasn't the hottest male character that I've read about, but he was still hot! I liked that most of the twists in this book involved actions that he had taken in his life as well! I loved that this book was told from both Piper and Sasha's point of view as this way I got to see Sasha's true feelings for Piper and that he genuinely regretted his actions towards her! I originally thought that this book was a standalone but, the ending of this book was a little abrupt so I could definitely see another book in the future! I can definitely say that I will be checking out Alexia's other books and giving them a shot after finally reading a book by her! I originally read this book when it had the old cover on it and I loved the old cover, but the new cover is hot! I can't believe the difference between the two covers! The new one definitely suits the book more! Big thank you to Alexia for an ARC of Breathe Me!

What an emotion packed story. It leaves you loving all of the characters and wishing the best for them. This is a different direction for this author to branch out and try romance on for us and with that she hasn’t disappointed us at all. When true love separates, is there ever an easy way for it to begin again? After 6 years of being apart, Piper and Sasha have a chance meeting and the fires ignite once again. But can Piper protect her heart from Sasha after all the pain she endured long ago? With so much resentment after how she was left last time can she open herself up for the possibility that things might end the same way again? Sasha isn’t going to take the chance of losing Piper again. He’ll do everything he can to keep her this time. This was a great read for me from Ms. Purdy.

Wow....Alexia has done it again with another awesome story, once I started this book I could not put it down. I always fall for the men Alexia writes in her story's. This book was about second chance's. Piper is a shy girl, who is afraid to open up her heart again to the same person. Sasha is back in piper's life, he want's to make it right this time and not hurt her like he did before. Piper finds out more about Salsa and his life, soon they start seeing each other, Sasha knows its hard for piper to let him back in. Soon Piper realize's she can't ignore Salsa. Will Piper let Sasha back in her life for good this time? I could go on about this awesome book but I don't won't to ruin it for you all. Alexia you have done it again with another fantastic book, You Rock Alexia!!!! ♥

OmG! What can I say other then breath taking? Alexia has rushed right into the contemporary romance genre. Breathe Me is her first book to fit into this category. It does not disappoint. You get pulled into the plot immediately. Sasha and Piper were lovers back in college days. A situation came up where Sasha had a choice to make and he didnt want to ruin Pipers life. The choice left them both devastated and heart broken. Fast forward some years and we find Sasha trying desperately to get Piper to accept him back into her life. Does she do it? Read this tantalizing story and find out!

Sometimes the loneliness we create inside ourselves becomes our own self-imposed prison that we alone must break out of.

Having read book one in Alexia Purdys Dark Faerie Tales series, I knew that she was great at writing a good paranormal read. But contemporary romance? Well, I was really interested to check out Breathe Me and see if I would have the same connection to the story and its characters.

Breathe Me is the story of Piper Sandervale and Sasha Koval. They were in love once. At least that's what Piper thought. Until Sasha broke her heart and left her shattered. The only way that she knew to cope with the pain was to build up walls. Strong walls around her heart that would protect her from feeling such sorrow and heartache again.

Out of the blue Sasha enters her life again. And he's on a mission. A mission to win back Sasha and reclaim her heart. Piper's head and heart are in a whirl. So she comes up with a plan to hurt Sasha and let him feel the pain that he caused her all those years ago. But what Piper doesn't count on is her feelings for Sasha, the love that they had and the love that Sasha still feels for her. Can she forgive him and let him take hold of her heart again? It's a hard thing letting go of past hurts and humiliations!!

Breathe Me is at times told in the voices of both Sasha and Piper and at the start of the book we also get glimpses back into the past. Back to their college days when their relationship was good and then the heartache of it ending. I was really glad for this because then I got to learn early on just why Sasha ended things the way that he did. Where his reasons justified? Did he handle things the right way? I understand his reasons but I'm not so sure about the way he went about it. But this gave me the opportunity to really connect with him throughout the whole book and really be on board in his attempts to win Piper back.

My life was a messed up choose-your-own-adventure which was chopped into so many screwed up scenes.

Piper is a strong character who has dealt with a lot of heartache in her life. When you've experienced that level of pain it's only natural to not want to feel it again. I liked her. I liked that when she opened her heart she loved so completely. I liked that it took her time to allow that to happen. And I liked that she didn't allow her anger and hurt to get the better of her.

Just like that, I'd handed him my heart, and he'd taken it, slipped it into the back pocket off his snug jeans-which showed of his rear end in a most indulging way-without a second's thought.

Sasha was a good man. Loveable and caring. He was able to admit his faults and mistakes easily and I love a man who is able to do that. He was Pipers strength when she needed it.

Being a new adult book there were moments of heat, but it was done in a way that it was not as wordy in its descriptions as most new adult reads, but still allowed you to feel the connection between the characters.

Oh, and that wonderful epilogue!! It was just a perfect wrap up to a great story!!

So did I love Alexia Purdys foray into the contemporary world? I sure did!! Breathe Me was a quick, captivating read and I can't wait to read Alexia's next contemporary dabble.

He'd been the one to break my heart. He'd been the one afraid of commitment and true love, not me.

The story begins with Piper and Sasha being girlfriend and boyfriend. They are happy with each other, but out of a sudden Sasha ends their relationship. And let me just say that he ends the relationship in a very cruel way. At first I thought what a freaking a-hole.

It was there that I gave away my heart, before all the wrong snaked into our lives back home.

But then I read Sasha's POV and I understood his actions, but still a very a-hole way to end a relationship. Sasha's character does develop from the foolish college boy, who let's his one true love escape from his grasp. After six years he encounters Piper in the Ferris Wheel, and he is a mature, grown-up man who is ready to fight for the love of his life.

I was determined to salvage our hearts. It was the only way either of us could really live again.

Sasha's character is very different to what I have been currently reading. His character is sweet, caring, humble, modest, and he is willing to do anything in his power to get Piper's love and trust back. After reading Breathe Me I realized that I also have a weakness for the nice guy, because
Sasha just stands out from all the other nice guy character's I've read about.

Every time someone looked helpless or in need, I was there, picking up the pieces, making it all right.

Now, I had a few problems with Piper's character. I loved that she was a caring and loving character. The two things I hated was her stubbornness and her indecisiveness. These two characteristics are what keep her from accepting that Sasha is a changed man, and that he truly loves her. I seriously experienced a few moments of wanting to jump in the book and slapping some sense into her. But her character does develop throughout the story.

He'd be sorry he'd let me go all those years ago, more so than he'd admitted on the Ferris Wheel.

Instead of a romantic reunion, Piper and Sasha experience a really awkward one. Piper is still very hurt by the way Sasha broke up with her in College. So she decides that their finding each other again after six years is her opportunity to get revenge of him. But Piper does not know what she is getting herself into. Sasha is a changed man and she can not help but notice the difference. Their love towards each other will break the walls Piper has put up, and in the end they will not know who is saving who.

It reminded me why I had to cherish each moment as it came, live with an open heart and forgive readily.

Breathe Me by Alexia Purdy was a sweet and an emotional romance. There is betrayal, forgiveness, life-changing experiences, romance, and we learn how two people save each other without realizing that they both were lost in the world. I truly enjoyed reading Breathe Me, because there are some life experiences that everyone can relate to. The characters and the entire story feel so organic.

The only reason I didn't give Breathe Me 5 stars was because Piper's character was annoying a few times in the story. But I am sure some people will think otherwise and will probably love her character. But other than that Breathe Me is a sweet romance and an enjoyable read.

Since her college days, Piper Sandervale has nursed a broken heart. She's never been able to forgive Sasha Koval for breaking up with her in such a sordid way after the wonderful time they'd spent together. In her mind, their relationship was everything she'd ever wanted and more. He was the perfect guy who could do no wrong and then some. Yet all that changed within the blink of an eye.

Determined to make the most of her life, Piper has done her best to forget about Sasha. She's done well in that department, and has enjoyed knowing that he'll never hurt her again. She's grown up in more ways than one since that heart-breaking summer, and is quite proud of her accomplishments. There's nothing she'd change about the life she now lives.

A chance encounter with Sasha, or so it seems, soon turns her world topsy-turvy. Flooded by the memories of long ago, Piper soon realizes that she never quite stopped loving him. Deep inside, she knows she has to remain immune to his charm. There's no way she's going to let him into her heart again. Yet everything he does proves to be her downfall. Little by little, Sasha's appearance starts breaking through the walls she'd erected so long ago.

Drawn to him once more, she begins to wonder if she'll ever be able to trust him like she did back then. Part of her knows that she should walk away. That she shouldn't give him the time of day. Another part of her, however, can't help but to wonder if Sasha deserves another chance. What if their lives were to change for the better? Against her better judgment, she dives head-first into the cloud of euphoria she now finds herself in, unwilling to let go of what could have been.

A heart-warming story, Breathe Me is a tale that will surely capture your heart, and pull you in from the very beginning. Alexia pens a story about two young lovers torn apart by the decisions they've made in the past. The feelings she injects into the story are bittersweet as we learn more about the couple's history. Sometimes, love deserves a second chance, a lesson Piper learns quite well along the way. This is definitely a story you can read over and over again, and never get bored of. Definitely a keeper!

I think I really, really needed this story, at this time.

I had just gotten through reading a series of intense books with high sexual content and then a review copy of this came up in my email.

Who said sweet romances are over-rated are lame!

This story was sweet, heartbreaking, and compelling.

I feel in love with each character as much as I wanted to whollop them on the head a few (hundred) times before the story was over. Then I wanted to kill the author for some of the choices she made in the story and I told her so via her facebook page ;-)

This was a very well written and eloquently told story. This would be in the New Adult genre and very rarely have I found that a 'fade to black' sexual encounter is done well in these books. Normally, they fail horribly and I am blinking at it going--oh, well--ok. Or I am thinking, "Nice try buddy but that was borderline erotic graphic." Only a slim few have actually pulled off writing a really good fade to black scene that had me tingle and left me going...AWWWWWWW

I cried, I laughed, and there were a great number of quotes I highlighted in this book! I recommend this book to all fans of the New Adult genre or anyone that just needs a break from all those really in your face contemporary romances. Sometimes you just need a timeless, lasting, romantic story that leaves you smiling at the last page.

Title: Breathe Me by Alexia Purdy
Format: ARC PDF provided by the author in return for honest review (this in no way affected my opinion).
Stars: 5

Review: This book was the second New Adult genre book I have ever read. Saying that, I’m addicted if they are all as good as this book. I love Alexia Purdy’s dystopian and fantasy novels. This is a completely different genre, but just as scrumptious and readable as all her other novels I’ve had the pleasure to read so far.

Piper and Sasha have enough baggage to fill their own train car. Unrequited love, an immature decision, and being young tear them apart at the peak of their relationship. Years later, Piper is an adult with a good job, good apartment, and seemingly good life… but lonely and still hurt from Sasha’s rash decision in the past. To prevent a spoiler, Sasha has even more on his plate and conspires within elements of Piper’s life to try and wheedle in a second chance.

What follows is a sweet romance with bittersweet turmoil throws in for good measure. Mature content fit with the story and was not overdone like in some novels. Totally adored the happy ending that was neither sappy nor unbelievable. It’s a beautiful ending for two damaged people that heal each other, and are able to breathe in life again.

Breathe Me has become one of my instant favorite books. I really hope that there is more to come for Sasha and Piper. I absolutely loved them.

The book centers on two former lovers who met in college. They were very much in love until Sasha(the male lead)made a decision that he thought would be in Piper's(female lead)best intrest. He never could have imagined how completely he destroyed her world with one simple lie.

Years later Sasha is on a mission to win Piper back. He wants to make up for the mistake he made all those years ago, and he is willing to do anything to get her back.

Piper has gone through the years since college on autopiolet. After the misforturne with Sasha she has built up walls that keep out most emotions. Sasha walking back into her life shakes the very foundation that those walls were built on. It comes the time where now Piper has a decision to make. Does she go on like she has been all these years, or does she give Sasha the second chance that he is hoping for and leave again what it is like to be in love.

This book is absolutely wonderful. The story has a definite draw and the characters are very real. Alexia Purdy did a great job with this story.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I really love when you can have more than one character's POV in a book. It's mostly told in present day from Piper's POV but we do get to hear from Sasha not only in present day but from both of them in the past.

What would you do if the guy you loved crushed your heart in public and came back into your life years down the road? Do you go for revenge or take another chance? When the story starts out, you have no idea what really happened between them- their past unfolds throughout the story. Piper has her own issues, from her past and from Sasha dumping her the way he did- it doesn't make it easy for her to trust, much less want to trust him so she's torn between what she wants and what she thinks she needs. Watching how much Sasha wants her back and stands by her is incredible and at times, quite humbling.

It's a story of second chances, overcoming fears and taking risks. Wonderful storyline and romance with some heartbreaking moments throughout the book. I do have to say I hated how abruptly the book ended yet it means I can't wait for the sequel (hopefully there's a sequel!!!)

Piper and Sasha meet in college and fall in love. Everything is going great until Sasha ends things suddenly, and very publically, humiliating Pippa in the process. In doing so he causes Piper to shut down her heart, put up a wall around it, determined never to let anyone else in enough to hurt her the same way again.

A few years later, while on an outing to the local fairground, Piper and Sasha meet again in a seemingly random way, but one we discover later was prearranged by Piper's cousin following a chance encounter with Sasha.

The story jumps about from past to present, explaining things to the reader, from the viewpoints of both Sasha and Piper. This allows the reader to get inside the heads of both characters, and understand a bit more about why things happened they way they did.

Along the way there are more than a few misunderstandings between them, making a long lasting reunion seem almost impossible at times. There are also a lot of very touching moments which will have you wishing that things do indeed work out.

This is a well written story which will draw you in very quickly with its alternating POV's and compelling storyline.

The cover for Breathe Me is perfect. I'm looking at it as I write this review with a big smile on my face. It encapsulates the story beautifully.

The strength of this story was in the characters. I loved both Piper and Sascha immediately. They were easy to cheer for and I so desperately wanted them to make it. I loved Piper's complexities and her backstory made all her fears and insecurities completely legit.

The story is filled with unexpected surprises, which I found both good and bad. I like not knowing where a story is going to go and found myself wanting to get back to the book so I could see what was going to happen. On the other hand, I felt like a few things came out of nowhere and would have liked a little foreshadowing first. However, this didn't deter from the story as a whole. I still came away with a smile on my face and a satisfied sigh.

If you're looking for a story of sweet love, emotional endurance and a little heartache, then this is the perfect book for you.

This book is wonderful. All though it in not the kind of book I normally read, it is very well written and a great read. Anyone who has ever been in love and given someone a second chance knows how hard it is to do. It can be very difficult to trust the person not to break your heart again. I found myself rooting for Piper to let Sasha back in. Alexia Purdy has such a creative way with words. I love the way she tells a story. Breathe Me made me want to keep reading. I had to know what was going to happen next. I had to know if Piper and Sasha were going to be together. I would recommend this book to anyone who has ever loved someone so much they would be willing to try again. Also especially for the person who has never known this kind of love, so they might learn that a fairytale kind of love does exist weather it last or not. Don't want to give away the ending. I look forward to reading more by Alexia.

Alexia did it again. She wove her magic and wrote a gripping story that I couldn't get out of my head. I was literally reading other review books, and wishing I was reading this one instead.
This is a sweet contemp story. It was refreshing, sexy and an emotional read. It wasn't dirty, I didn't feel like I needed to take a shower after reading it. It was simply a love story.
Piper was a character that I could relate to on a base level, but the amount of loss that Alexia poured on to her made her pain more real, and a bit out of touch for me. But that's okay because it showcased her strength perfectly.
Sasha was a great male lead, he was a responsible father, who made a mistakes along the way. Just like any real human and parent.
Overall Breathe Me was a refreshing read that is so different than a lot of contemps out there. It's a true love story through and through!

I received an ARC of this and am so happy I did!! What an amazing story. I went through so many emotions in this book. The author told an amazing story of heartache, love, and sorrow. Once I started reading the book I couldn't put it down. It was a quick read. I recommend this book for anyone looking for a great read!!

SPOILERS
I liked that it was something different from your average romance as they had been together 6 years earlier and broke up under bad circumstances. So when we start the book we find a woman still somewhat broken and recovering 6 years later. I enjoyed the love between the 2 characters and they interacted well with each other. The only issue I had was I wished the author had gone into a little bit more detail with regards to a couple different things in the story, like their breakup and the story with his son's mom. Some of it felt a little bit rushed. But overall I really liked the book!

10*s. I received an eARC copy of this book in return for an honest review.

OMG.....Alexia Purdy has done it again and amazed me and drawn me into her writing. I am always in awe and hooked from beginning to end and I always seem to fall for the males in this authors books. This story captured my heart and soul and I kept me reading it all in one sitting. I loved the characters, the heart break in this story. I felt like I was part of this story and I felt just as the characters did and my heart went out to them. It's not like just any romance story, there are many trials and tribulation that these two people went through that touched me in a way that I will want to read over again. This is a MUST read phenomenal Adults story that will crush, step, and mend your heart and soul!! Thank you, Alexia Purdy, for a very memorable story.

This was a sweet love story, but the amount of bad things happening in this book was almost unbelievable. Proceed with spoiler caution please.

First you have Pipers family, her sister drowns and then her parents and brother die later. Then you have Sasha his parents both die of cancer close together. Then his baby momma dies from leukemia. Then the cousin/best friends husband dies leaving her widowed and then later in the book she dies in a car accident. Then theres issues with Sasha's visa and then his brother has issues with the mafia (which nothing is ever expanded on with this). WHAT THE HECK?!

It also ended WAY to fast. There were so many loose ends that didn't seem to be tightened enough for the ending.

I just didn't connect with this book at all or the characters. There is potential for a good book in here but it needs a lot of work.

I received this ARC copy to give an honest review. This was a really short and adorable love story. The only problem I truly had with the story is that Sasha never truly came clean with why he broke up with Piper in the first place. This isn't your normal boy and girl fall in love, break up, meet up years later type of story. There is a story within it, you have a young woman whose heart was broken by the one person she truly loves! Only to see him years later and all those feelings along with being upset come rushing back into her heart. I really did like the characters in the book, and my heart went out to Piper on more than one occasion in the book.

If you are looking for a cute, love story then I would highly suggest you get your copy now.

Omg is all I can say.

I loved this novel and the only bad thing I have to say is,it should have NEVER ended, now I'm sad.

This is not a 5 start novel it is more like a 10 star in my eyes.

Breathe Me is one of the best reads I have read this summer and I hope there will be another book to follow.

This made me laugh and made me cry. Full of betrayal, lies, deceit, romance and LOVE.

Alexia Purdy is one of the BEST writers I have been given the pleasure of reading.

She gets you hooked page after page and it is hard to put down, because you just need and want to know what happens.

Thanks to my mom,Jodi Brooks, for finding her on Facebook and letting me read this.

I really recommend this novel by Alexia Purdy for the BEST read.

Please make a sequel to this book,It so needs one.

Breathe Me

I fell in love with this book immediately. I was only meant to read a couple of chapters but the book had other ideas and I was so gripped that I ended up reading the whole thing in one sitting. It wasn’t just the normal girl meets boy, boy hurts girl, boy wins back girl and they live happily ever after. There was real turmoil and situations that anyone could find themselves in throughout the book. The emotional twists took the book to another level, and I couldn’t help but feel for the characters. I will definitely read Piper and Sasha’s story again and again.

I received an e-Arc of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I was given an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this story. I thought the characters were likable and the story kept me interested throughout. I thought it had a different twist to it but still fit well in the New Adult, romance genre. One thing keeping me from giving this story 5 stars is that I felt that I needed more backstory in the beginning. There were a few flash back parts and I felt they were just placed in random spots and there should have been more flashbacks or none at all. Other than that I enjoyed this story and I would recommend it to those look for a fun romance.
