The intrabase brawl escalates into full scale war as the Nestafar inexplicably turn on the Alliance they helped to found. Interesting that the conflict of the alliance mirrors the conflicts posed by the Chinese earlier in the story. A defection from inside safe territory that bespeaks massive planning before hand and includes hoard tactics. I wonder if that's just lazy writing or deliberate allusion or coincidence to display the similarity of all intelligent species. Good addition to the ongoing story but don't know how that's going to pan out long term.
