“I shouldn’t have given you that. I’m sorry. It wasn’t very professional of me. I just saw the way you’d gazed at it and…”
“Please don’t apologize Mr. Bestia. I love it. It is exactly like the one my grandmother gave to me before she passed away. She was a very important person in my life, the only thing I ever had that was close to my mother.” She beamed up into his face but the smile didn’t touch her eyes, and Anthony raised his large hand to cup the side of her face.
“I don’t know what sort of tragedy you’ve seen in your life Belle. But I would walk through the fiery pits of hell to be sure no amount of pain touched your heart again.” He said, and watched her delicate chin wobble as she continued her phony smile.
“You’re too kind.” She whispered and looked down at her shoes, the tears in her eyes making her vision blurry.
“Belle.” His voice was demanding, and Belle raised her face immediately.
“I’m really fine.” She said dashing the tears from her eyes that were the same color of sea foam. She turned her gaze up to his and took a deep breath. “We still have an hour until guests arrive… what do you say?” She nodded toward the bed, setting the tea set down on a nearby desk and slipping one of the shoulders of her dress down.
Anthony stepped behind her, and kissed her exposed shoulder before placing the strap delicately back on her shoulder. “I have something else planned.”

Of course Mr. Bestia wants another date with Belle!! This book was so close to getting five stars but I still have unanswered questions!!! You get snippets of Belle's past but it never fully comes out. I want more resolution for the girl!!
Daniel the Driver gets more story her and well as Lenora the owner of Doxy Parcel. I am expecting many more books with greater details!!
Loads of steam here, mostly the point of the book. Do not go into it expecting too much story cause it is super short! There is one hell of a sexy scene on a yacht, on a railing, in the middle of a party with none of the other guests any wiser! Sigh, damn hot!!
I expect a third book here to give us a full resolution for these two characters's. Even though it was super smutty I could see the bones of a story and I want more!!

5 stars, I'm loving where this story is going! Anthony can't get enough of Belle! We start to learn a little bit more about Belle, Anothey and a few other characters as well. The scenes are still very enticing and desirable! The scene on the boat by the rail...FREAKIN HOT!!! Can't wait for book 3!
