KL ma’am! You and Potomac Falls dropping atom bombs and spilling enough tea to drown in honey! 😂 Whew Lawd! The way my heart is racing is crazy! Poor Indigo running for her life to escape the crime she just committed, that possibly saved her life! Going to Potomac Falls was her saving grace to buy some time to get her life together.
Things are going well until she begins to feel chemistry with the owner Don, of the diner where she is working. Don is struggling trying to keep his family business afloat alone, as his sibling want no parts of it. Spending time with Neema/Indigo is the only light in his very dim life right now.
Chile then the bones start falling out the closet! Mel, the woman Neema befriends, and is helping her with yoga, got some secrets of her own! Then the connection between Mel and Don, and their past blew my mind! 🤯 The siblings come sniffing as they hear that easy money is near! Last, and certainly not least, the long-lost brother of Don’s is… Hell naw! 🤬 You cannot just toss that grenade and say the end! This was GOOD, I mean real good. To start I feel so bad for my girl Indigo (Neema) but the fact that she ran was the smartest thing she could have done at that time. I just wish once things got serious between her and Don that she’d told him about her past. Mel is a hctib and I don’t like her. You looking into someone who is dating your ex but you don’t want nothing to do with your ex. Girl bye! Find somebody else face to play in. She got this cushy life and big secrets miss me with it. I feel so bad Don has those sorry crappy family members that he has. I hate he’s a match for his sister she don’t deserve anything from him for being so nasty. God my girl needs a break (Indigo) the fact that things hit the fan at the sit down about the diner being sold was too much for me. Gotta go it’s time to get Part 2 started cause I need to know what is about to happen now. Lawd my chest!!!!!! Great job Mrs. Hall!!!!!!

This was GOOD, I mean real good. To start I feel so bad for my girl Indigo (Neema) but the fact that she ran was the smartest thing she could have done at that time. I just wish once things got serious between her and Don that she’d told him about her past. Mel is a hctib and I don’t like her. You looking into someone who is dating your ex but you don’t want nothing to do with your ex. Girl bye! Find somebody else face to play in. She got this cushy life and big secrets miss me with it. Indigo girl I don’t blame you! Baby girl was running for her life, just to fall for the half brother 😩. Going to Potomac Falls as Neema was her saving grace until the vibes changed. I enjoyed this read a lot. The chemistry between Don and Indigo was there from the start. Don’s struggle to keep his family business was heart breaking. His siblings were so money hungry. Andddddddd sorry but not sorry I hope he doesn’t help his sister Paris.
I wish once things got serious between Indigo and Don she shared her secret sooner. It’s nothing worst than someone else telling your story before you get the chance. Mel is sneaky and I believe she called Indigos ex. I hope all her secrets fall out of the closet. On to part two I go.

Let’s start with I LOVEEE being in the world of Potomac Falls! There is always drama, secrets, lies and a good love story in the middle!

I had no idea this was left on a cliffhanger, the tea with Donavon and Mel’s past was definitely unexpected, especially a baby that was put up for adoption! I wish indigo (Neema) would’ve been came clean about her past to Donavon but the fact that her ex-husband she was running from is his BROTHERRRR, that was not on my bingo card!!!! But I do love the love story brewing with indigo (neema) and don so much that I was forgetting she was lying about who she really is and the fact that she’s married! I can’t wait to see what book 2 has in store!!!

Small town drama at its best ❤️
Potomac Falls is a great place to visit. I can't wait to go back. My attention was grabbed from the prologue. This book is very interesting in a good way. There's Indigo( Neema) she's new in town. Then there's Don, the restaurant owner. I can't forget about Mel nosy butt. As the story unfolds, you find everyone has their secrets. The book ends in a cliffhanger. But it's definitely a book I would recommend. It's always my pleasure reading your books 🥰

Intriguing Novella
I don’t normally do novellas but the entire book was the 💣. There was one 💣 after another. Even though things happened with a bang at the very beginning, other things happened that I didn’t see coming. I couldn’t put the book down because I had to find out how things were going to play out. I was mad when the book ended because I was left hanging after two huge explosions. However, I see this story will continue on 7/25. I am now officially a K.L. Hall addict. Is there rehab for this? LOL!

I was really enjoying this book. As I was reading I was thinking for a novella, this isn't closing out, but then I was hit with the to be continued. In spite of, I was really enjoying getting to know the characters and watchingvther lives unfold
